Exceptional inventory of the apartments. I absolutely love to concept with the automated mini markets. Rooms were actually very quiet. It’s the best stay for kids.

Only downside: we could hear our neighbours quite well. However, everyone sticked to the “quiet between 10pm - 6am”

Great location, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains. Our studio was on the back of the house - you could lie in bed and see the stars, snowy trees and a mountain through the window. The interior is minimalistic and friendly. The “Zimmer für Feines” is practically a mini market. We didn’t even need to go to the store except for fruit and vegetables. Kitchen was well equipped including Nespresso coffee maker. Bread service is good and easy to order. The busstop is a short walk and the bus takes you to the village and the skilifts Steffialp, Jägeralp and Salober in a few minutes.

Peaceful and nicely decorated apartment. Alexander has a little supermarket where you can grab local products and pay at your checking out. Faire price and save me because the super market was close. The sauna was very good . Alexander was very nice .

Very nice location, fully equipped kitchen, very nice beds and no noise from other people in the building. The sauna was also very nice.

This is a small thing, but a flash of contrast colour was missing from the decor which would make the monochromatic apartments more welcoming. Perhaps scatter cushions and matching table runner...

The view of Lechtal mountains and river from our East-facing apartment and the shared terrace was lovely. Our apartment (#12) was well equipped and we thought the onsite shop was great, with its abundance of choice local products, all at reasonable prices. The sauna area and relaxation room were well kept and inviting. There was plenty of covered parking and an excellent bus route in both directions, practically on the door step. You had plenty of toys and books and a common area for guests to play and socialise, should they wish to do so. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated you facilitating an early check in for us.

Unclear check-in. Light wear and tear on furniture and walls. Little dark in room due to half-basement level.

Fully equipped kitchen. Lech tourist card included. No breakfast, but bread delivery to the door, if ordered. Access to local food and drinks by vending machines. Pleasant shower and sauna experience. Access to Terrasse.

The place is great, clean and enough space. Parking is generous and ski room for boots nearby. Sauna in the object is a big benefit, it could be bigger for that amount of apartments and people, I imagine that could be crowded there. But be prepare for a calm village place. The place itself is 5 min by car outside of the Warth, so not really in walking distance but who wants to meet people can drive there easily.

Perfect place to stay for skiing trip. Ski room, sauna from 15:00-20:00, no breakfast, but a small grocery shop on the 1st floor and fresh bread in the morning. 5min bus ride up the hill to the town, but nothing else really around in walking distance except other hotels. Clean, freshly new and comfortable rooms, large windows with mountain view and all the amenities you need to cook meals, dry clothes, Netflix on flat screen, fast wifi etc. Parking covered, dog friendly. Highly recommend for short ski trips

if there's one thing I have to criticise, it would be the uncomfortable pillows. but that's really the only thing in my opinion...

the appartment was very well equiped, beautiful, the bed was confortable. the nigts were quiet, the skiroom was practical and I liked the refrigirator self-service. the ski-station is really close with free parking.
