Opposite railway station. Fast trains to centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to use a tablet to list my full details. Takes ages. The room was clean though a smokers room probably.

It was ok for the money

The air conditioning was a mobile one that just made some wind, not cold. I was sweating continuously because it was the middle of the summer. It was ok but since it’s not in the centre of the city it could go lower in price or just go higher in conditions.

Localization was great, spot was very close to city center and quite easy to access. Staff was very friendly

I think beds could've been a bit more comfortable, other than that i have nothing to add

The staff is so accommodating. 💓

The air-condition is not working. The room is clean and nice. But a little bit hot. 😔

    spacious room

My reservation was for a two-night stay. When I returned to my room on the second night, the door was still wide open. I made sure to close the door before leaving in the morning. When I entered the room, there were signs that the room had been cleaned. It became clear that my luggage had been left at risk for a long time. I will never use this hotel again and do not recommend it at all.

    Clean sheets and towels.

Mattress was worn out. Hotel room was rather shabby, unfinished paint job in parts of the room. Shower door jammed multiple times. The room does NOT look like in the pictures, much much more weathered. Curtains did not fully cover the window. Huge amount of construction work going on on the streets next to the building (it is on a corner) - digging a multi-storey ditch right next to the hotel, not minor work, complete mess of a building site, which leaves a terrible first impression of the place and is very noisy during the day. The hotel clearly needs a refurbishment - why not do this whilst the horrible construction work is happening outside?

The room was very large and the bed slept well & was modernised. The shower was good. The location was nice since it was near a tram/u-bahn/s-bahn, which also meant it was more quiet. The elevator was very quick.

The airco did not really work (even though we put it on 15 degrees) and instructions for the second airco were missing. It was a bit dated (& sometimes not everything was properly finished e.g. when the airco was placed somewhere else the wall was not fixed), although this depends on your preferences. Also the TV had channels that did not work and it was not clear which ones could be watched.
