However, We are sorry to learn about the issues you experienced. It’s unfortunate that the third bed was uncomfortable especially since it was not clearly described in the booking details. I understand how important accurate information is, particularly when accommodating guests with mobility challenges. It’s also disappointing that your requests regarding mobility were not taken into account, and that the bathtub was too high for your needs. We are very sorry to read that the location , while close to the center and public transport, did not fully satisfy you. We also deeply regret the unfriendly encounter you had a during beakfast at 10:05am. Our staff should always be welcoming and helpful, and we are concerned to read that you were made to feel uncomfortable when asking about your order. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Furthermore, we are truly sorry to read that your room was not cleaned during your stay. Maintaining a clean and comfortable enviroment for our guests is a top priority, and we are disappointed that we failed in this regard. We will be reviewing our housekeeping procedures to ensure that all rooms are properly serviced.
