Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Turkeyfor the bathroom design, when takes the shower, the bath room is floody and that is the point needs to be improved. Also the room has not USB charge nor Ctype. As such kind of power adaptors should be as the stardard for each room.
Location is very convenient and close to downtown and also super maker around the hotel and easy to reach central.

AustriaThere are only 2 parking spots, where you can charge your e-car, and they are not market, so there is a good chance that another (non-e-car) is parking there and you cannot charge your vehicle. Would be good to have these 2 spots reserved for e-vehhicles only.
There was free charging for our e-car in the basement parking garage. Not much, just 1-phase 3.5kw , but if you can keep it plugged in over many hours it is OK.

BulgariaStuff on check in no smile, no greeting, but all the rest of the staff were great. In Europe customer service is so so, but I did not expect such 50%/50% experience in Best Western :) By the way taxi to airport was said will be 52eur, on the end was 55eur
Even on a main street the room was quite, safe neighborhood. The bed and pillow were comfortable. We had refrigerator, complimentary a bootle of water and Lidl next door. I did not have breakfast but is available at some surcharge. Parking is available, daily rate 19eur maybe. Close to U stop (4 stops from St.Stephan Cathedral) and also to bus stop.

The parking. Especially for transit travelers this is what you need: you get to the reception straight from your car parked. You can hardly find this advantage even in much more expensive hotels. The breakfast. Maybe not the best of the best, nevertheless no complaints. The coffee was really good.

This is a typical reasonably budgeted tourist hotel. So you get to see a lot of group tours visiting here as well. It is slightly away from the city center and where the action and buzz is. So if you are ok with that it is fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. Only it is slightly away from the areas where the buzz is, I would not stay there again, otherwise it is very nice. The staff is too the point, helpful if you are used to the European staff's matter of fact interaction. E.g. I had to go down to the reception to get towels because they won't have a staff to deliver it to you. But I guess these things are par for the course in Europe. If you are traveling from Asia, you find them a bit strange.
