Regarding parking: while parking is not included in our hotel, we recommend using the Mirabell-Congress-Garage located just across from the hotel. As our guest, you can receive a discounted parking card at our hotel office – just stop by during office hours and we’ll be happy to assist you. For a more budget-friendly option, guests can also use one of the Park & Ride facilities on the outskirts of Salzburg and conveniently travel into the city using public transport. As part of your stay, you receive the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket free of charge by paying the local city tax – this allows for unlimited use of public transportation during your visit. Allow us to clarify a few points: on our booking page it is stated that **public parking is available nearby (reservation not possible, charges may apply)**. Unfortunately, we do not operate a private car park. We provide discount tickets in our office for our guests, who decide to park in Mirabell Congress Garage. Regarding the preparation of the room, we carry out daily quality checks to avoid such oversights. However, we have occasionally experienced situations where a reservation was made for only one guest, while two guests arrived. In such cases, amenities such as towels and duvets are provided according to the booking details, which can lead to a misunderstanding. We regret if this affected your stay and will continue to refine our processes to ensure clarity and comfort for our guests. Should you visit us again, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team during office hours (12 o'clock noon until 8 o'clock p.m. in the 1st floor) or directly at the self-check-in kiosks at arrival, where our staff is present to assist. As part of our concept, we are a self check-in hotel, and this has been communicated transparently on all platforms, through pictures, signage on-site, and in our confirmation emails. In addition, our office is staffed daily from noon until 8 p.m. to personally assist guests, and during peak check-in times a receptionist is present at the kiosks to support arriving guests with the check-in process. We understand that expectations regarding service can differ. Based on your comments, it may be that a 5-star hotel with round-the-clock services would be a better fit for your personal preferences. On our Booking.com profile, we have tried to describe our accommodation as clearly and accurately as possible so that guests can make an informed choice before booking.
