It is a bit an unusual set up with no hotel reception on the ground floor (meaning you are basically checking in at a machine on the ground floor). For limited hours there is a little room on the first floor which is a kind of hotel reception. I personally prefer someone welcoming you when you enter a hotel, so don't like the set up myself but the receptionist in the first floor office was certainly helpful and friendly. That set up that also means it has a bit of a feel of an office building and there are zero facilities, not even a breakfast room.

Great location! Upgraded new interior. Spacious room with nice view. Small frig with a few free drinks. Good wifi. Very automated and it worked very smoothly. Staff available onsite 12pm to 8pm.

Next to the famous Mirabell palace and garden (Sound of Music). Quiet street. Free public transit cards are given upon checking in. Room is comfy and with AC. Easy to find free street parking from 7pm - 9am. Even though the hotel is on the other side of the river it is an enjoyable 15 min walk to Hohensalzburg castle

Outside card reader didn’t indicate scan was good or not, leaving only option to try and open the doors by hand, not a good feeling late in the evening. Also storage lockers require coins which is not great since we use cards for everything, not coins

I had a wonderful stay in Salzburg! The hotel is new, modern, and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, and the stylish decor adds a nice touch. I’d definitely return!

Parking is not covered by the hotel, but must be handled on your own (best is paid underground garage right in front of the building).

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was exceptionally clean and exactly as shown in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything matched my expectations—from the comfortable bed to the modern amenities. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, including the Old Town and Mozart’s Birthplace. It made exploring Salzburg so convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg!

We got booked for parking even though the staff member said we could park outside whilst we took our luggage inside we were there for 15 mins she should have suggested we buy a ticket as we had no idea very disappointed to be charged €30 .
