We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was gourmet quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and drink, in a beautiful spacious garden room. Our room was spacious and most importantly, quiet. Marita, the receptionist, was gracious and helpful. Visitors to Kufstein receive Visitor Cards, which gives free access to the Schloss and other benefits such as bus & gondola rides.

Although the bed was comfy, the room was quite noisy on the road even with windows shut. I am a light sleeper, so others may not be affected. I was also surprised there was no kettle/coffee in room as have never stayed anywhere that doesn't provide this. Having checked the details it wasn't listed, so I should have realised this before. It was good to have a mini fridge in the room though.

The breakfast was amazing, the best we'd had on our travels around Austria. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was lovely in the bar area in the evening with the family. The location was easy to find from the train station. The room layout was good, but too hot. The front desk did provide a fan though which was a relief.

Hotel is very well prepare and equipped to winter season, so the rooms were very hot on summer and there is not air conditioning, but staff have ventilators to borrow.

Best location, near to castle and lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Breakfast is fabulous !!! Perfect!

Extra fee for parking place; room was quite warm (in the real hot summer weather it must be challenging); the loud bells of the church nearby from the very early morning; in the night, people talking loud below the windows (some bar?) - annoying when you have to have the window open due to warmth... There could be a bottle of water in the room.

Really nice hotel centrally located in the lovely town of Kufstein. Hotel was clean and rooms were a good size with nice sized bathroom (shower only). My room had a little bit of traffic noise at peak times but not enough to worry about. Good breakfast selection with all of the usual hot and cold items you would expect. Staying here made you eligible for a Kufstein Tourist pass so had free access to the castle as well as the Kaiserlift which was great! If staying in Kufstein in future I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in downtown Kufstein. Short walking distances to fortress and cafes and shops. We were well greated and well informed about hotel and great to get a guest card to enter free to the Kufstein Fortress. The breakfast was very good. Good parking on site with small fee.

Some room for improvement and suggestions: Shower base gets very slippery once wet - pay extra attention! No handle to grab on available. No aircon, noise of street too high to leave the window open - once closed sound insulation is good though. Floor carpeted, but not smelly or dirty though.

Very friendly and attentive staff, especially noticeable at breakfast. Good sized and conventiently furnished room. Bathroom with bright and evenly spread light, with decent size. Shower cubicle a bit bigger than usual, high quality shower system with extra shelve for ones own stuff. Enough storage space and hooks in the bathroom. Very good magnifying mirror. Overall very clean environment. Breakfast selection satisfactory, higher quality of food than average, presentation attractive, clear and with sufficient space for the morning crowd. Quality of coffee ok-ish. Quality of food at the restaurant much better than average, can recommend to dine there.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but sleeping with open windows is a challenge due to very noisy street in front of a hotel. I could hardly sleep.

Nice location near the castle. Included in the the stay, the hotel provided free entrance to the castle. Clean room. Delicious breakfast with lots of local products. I especially appreciated the fruit salad.

Breakfast was included and AMAZING! Very good hotel. Make sure to ask for your Kufsteinerland Card at the front desk. It was included and provides free buses and entrance to the Fortress/Castle.

Priceworthy hotel perfect situated in the centre of Kufstein. Friendly staff och really good breakfast. The hotel is perfect for skiing in the Söll area with free skibus outside the hotel.

The only criticism I have is that the cleaning lady attempted coming into my room, without knocking. My room had been cleaned already so I don’t know why she was coming into my room again.

The location is the biggest feature, it is quite central. The breakfast is very good. The room was a decent size. Another positive, is that their reception is open 24hrs not like other hotels. I asked for a late check-out which was granted. Overall a good impression of the hotel.
