Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe bed linens didn't smell so good. The towel also had a stain. They told me breakfast was one price and when I went to pay, was another. The bedroom in front of mine was too loud, they would stay with doors open while children was playing (maybe because it was a bit hot). Same people were super noisy, talking loudly outside the room anbd children running, before 8 am.
I really enjoyed the location, as I was close to the University. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my arrival time. Access to elevator, very few stairs. Shower was good.

Very nice staff. The hotel has a very convenient location, near the city centre. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast had an option for everyone. Highly recommend

The breakfast was good and tasty but as I was always the first to go super early, the freshly baked croissant were coming when I had already eaten. The room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was basic, a bit used. The location was excellent with nice restaurants for food and drinks. The staff was super helpful, provided an iron and shoe polish box that I needed.
