The apartment is very clean and it has everything you need. The bed is super cosy, we had a private garage space for our car. Andrej even showed us around the block, helped us with everything we needed. The transport to the city centre is super easy! We felt like home! Thank You, Andrej and Viki!

I visited the apartment in May 2025. It exceeded my expectations. The style of the apartment, the equipment in the room and the kitchen, the cleanliness... everything is excelent. The host waited for us and showed us the apartment, he is very kind and helpful and deserves a rating greater than 10. The apartment is very well connected by public transport and you are in the center in 15-20 minutes. The location is very quiet and there are several good super markets. The apartment is perfect for those who come by car because it has its own garage. All recommendations for Andrej!!!

The host ist better then in ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel. Apartment have great conection with city center.

The place is very cosy and highly equipped. Everything was clean, and ready to use. Andrej is a very kind man, he hepled us with the parking spot and then hepled to pack our stuff to the apartment. He is also gave us useful instructions about the pulic traffic and the city. Highly recommend!

Great flat in good location, close to train station and tram stop with easy access to the city centre and close to shops. Flat was lovely and warm and had everything we needed. Andre was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Everything is great! The flat is very spacious, modern, clean - it really looks better than in the pictures. You have literally everything you need (and even more) in the apartment (even the paper towels, sewing kit, some spices etc), but still Andrej and Viki are always ready to help! We really enjoyed the stay. It is pretty far from the city center, but the location is good - 30 minutes from the center by tram, or even quicker with metro, there are many shops in the nearby, a park, so you do not feel uncomfortable because of the distance. The apartment is very clean, the owners provide you with everything, we liked that there are many dishes, so we didn't have to wash it everyday - just fill the dishing machine in :) You realize that the owners have put their heart and soul into the apartment, because every detail is put the thought of the guests' comfort. A great plus is a FREE parking place in a private garage. Definitely come again when we are in Vienna next time! Thanks to Viki and Andrej for such a pleasant stay! We felt a little "too-old" with the high-tech equipment, when you open the door with a button, but the problem is us :D There is no air-conditioning, we were in October, so it was ok, but I think in summer it can cause a problem - anyway, it is not the owner's fault, because in Vienna there are strong restrictions.

Andrej is a very friendly and helpful person. The flat is self-contained and very modern. Generally, I give it full marks.

The apartment is a work of art!! It’s very comfortable, clean and equipped. It ‘s very close to the train station and 15 minutes away from the city centre. It also has a indoor parking free of charge. The host is very helpful and kind.

Pretty much everything was fantastic! Andrej's wife was immediately willing to help us and show us the entire apartment as soon as we arrived. It was very clean and with everything very modern like the lights or the opening and closing of doors controlled by sets of buttons. We really liked the presentation of the house, how it was decorated and the modern furniture. They also provided coffee in capsules for us to drink, or even bathroom hygiene items, in addition to items that were useful for us to leave the house as clean as we found it, such as a garbage bag, dish washer or kitchen towel. They even made their Netflix account available which we were happy to use! Despite having a garage, the area seemed very calm and there were even spaces available on the street right next to the building.

Despite the good things weighing much more in the evaluation than the bad, it is not too much to point out certain things that we believe can be improved. The fact that there are no curtains or blinds on the windows of the bathroom or kitcken cost us a lot in the morning because we were soon woken up by the light, and even with the blinds on the living room and bedroom windows, a lot of light entered the house. Walking around the kitchen or even in the bathroom was not comfortable if we were in underwear, because it was possible to look inside from the windows of neighboring buildings. We noticed this mainly when taking a shower, as the windows had only some translucent parts and by the reflection of the mirror it was possible to easily see us taking a shower. The small panels that control the lights and the bathroom door are very useful, but it is difficult to quickly understand the function of each button as they are not identified (I also believe that in longer stays from a few days onwards, you almost master the panels). We also tried to understand how we controlled the temperature inside the house because we felt cold on a certain night and we couldn't do it from the control screen in the kitchen, it seemed that the option was not yet available or properly configured in the house's system.

Great and very attentive hosts, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It's not far from the center and is very close to three supermarkets (we liked Billa the most). Definitely recommend it to everyone!
