Good breakfast — not a wide selection, but everything is fresh, with some fruit available. Daily housekeeping. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff.

No fridge in the room, but the balcony helps during winter.

    Property response:

Thank you very much for your kind review! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the fresh breakfast, daily housekeeping, and found our team friendly and the overall value excellent. Regarding the fridge, we’d like to mention that there is a large shared refrigerator in the reception area. Each room has its own lockable box inside, so you can safely store your food and drinks at any time. We hope to welcome you again soon! Apart Garni Alpevita and Team

tThe rooms were very nice, clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location in relation to the centre of Mayrhofen is very good.

Everything went well, more variety of choice at breakfast would be appreciated, as a point of improvement

Amazing hosts! Lovely bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds.

Only thing that wasn’t ideal for us was the size of the living area/kitchen. First ski bus was full each morning so didn’t stop which meant a 10 minute walk but most likely due to being busiest week.

Comfortable large rooms with a nice mountain-view balcony. We had the room with two large double beds and two bathrooms. Comfortable ski room. Sauna. Silent surroundings. "Späti" at the tank station nearby. Kitchen with enough devices and cutlery to cook and comfortably eat at home. We had a large company (3 families with 3 separate rooms) and though the kitchens were not big enough for that amount of people, we are really-really grateful that administration of the apartments allowed us to use one of the "breakfast rooms" to celebrate Christmas all together. That was super positive experience for all of us. Hint: some of my friends struggled to cook on a stainless steel pan. But actually the pans we had were great for cooking, just make sure you at least watch "how to cook on a stainless steel" on Youtube to avoid unpleasant experience of removing burned organics.

For me personally the beds were too soft and I had the lower back pains so strong that I woke up several times a night and made some desperate attempts to change position. But in my family I was the only one who suffered from this, so it might be subjective. That is also the only reason I hadn't put the highest rating for the comfort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything worked well. The view from the window and balcony was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable: the best mattress I've ever had in any hotel (and I'm very demanding what comes to mattresses :D). The room had excellent curtains (so many hotels have annoyingly bad ones). There was a good breakfast that was possible to buy the night before. There was a washing machine and also a possibility to charge our electric car. For us, the location was almost optimal: there were via ferratas and also goats (I love goats :)) within a walking distance, only the walk to the nearest shop was a little long. Mayrhofen is an excellent base for an adventurer, and the hotel gave good value for money. As a whole, way more good than bad, would book again.

The floor of the kitchen was always heated, and we had to keep the balcony door and the kitchen window open which had an annoying side effect: flies and mosquitoes. Also there is only a field between the busy main road of Zillertal and the Laubich road passes right in front of the hotel so it was always a little noisy inside (didn't bother us too much though). You couldn't get cold water at all times, and even the cold water wasn't very cold.

The double room with kitchen was perfect for our family. Also, the location of the apartment regarding distance to nature as well as distance to skilift was also very good.
