The lift was slower than usual but it’s ok.

Amazing view, very responsive management, provided summer card (received the second day but no big deal as first day it will not be useful direcyly after the check in at 4pm). The TV is huge and has Netflix & youtube. The apartment has an AC which is rare in Zell am See. This is the best hotel I have been to from the other 4 hotels I booked in Austria.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The place is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s also very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is the location — it’s close to all the main activities in the area, and just a short walk away from a delicious restaurant called Alkukh (The Hut). I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Nothing - was a 10/10.

This facility is essentially brand new - clean and well laid out, amazing water pressure and air conditioning, and a level of quiet only possible with a wooden structure. Breakfast was great too!

Location - close to main street, strong traffic in the morning, noisy plase...View from 1st and 2nd flood disturbed by store of material just ahead.

Stylish and well-designed apartment with a comfy big bed, nice terrace, TV, and great wellness area. Loved it!

Breakfast could be earlier (8am is quite late). Not very soundproof for inside noises - hearing talking from the next room (at least on the 3rd floor). Slow elevator :)

All people very welcoming, friendly and helpful, ready to support in case of any request. Perfect location when coming by car - free parking available, close to all main routes in area, many shops in walking distance. New building, modern and nicely decorated. Clean and cozy room with balcony and mountain view, very comfortable beds, adjustable heating and air-conditioning. Good breakfast, with gluten-free options. Despite being close to the road, no disturbing noise from the outside. Heated ski-room.

The bathroom is only separated by a glass sliding door, which provides very little privacy.

You could hear a nois from other appartment and hall into the room and the room is quite small without wardrobe (especially for ski clothes after Ski).

Very nice appartment with beautiful view to mountains and big balcony. Really tasty and fresh breakfast and very good coffee. The owner was so kind and "everything was possible". Good location of apparthotel and 10min by walk to areitexpress. Great sauna every evening. Free parking next to hotel. Thank you for our holiday in Apparthotel 😊 and we can recommend.

No thing that we didn’t like, but i recommend to clean the room everyday to enhance the service of the apartment.

The staff were very friendly and collaborative. The room that we stayed in was very nice and clean. The location is close to the center and some restaurants. I would really recommend the unit.

Checking in and out was very easy. They gave us summer cards before we even asked them. ‏The staff were helpful and very kind. The area is quiet and safe.

Modern small hotel with warm and natural wood interior. Very friendly staff and owner. Location perfect and central. Relaxing spa. Plenty of parking space. Nice views although I wish the balcony protective fence was a bit lower.

No AC. The owner kindly provided fans in every room however it’s more comfortable if the apartment was equipped with ACs even mobile ones. There is only one AC in living room.

Very clean and nicely organized apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarkets in walking distance from the apartment. There is also a nice Halal food restaurant very close to the apartment.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and has everything you need. The owner was very helpful, respectful and kind to us. We really enjoyed every detail of the apartment and of course I would love to come back again in the future and I can only recommend the apartment to everyone.
