Shower felt vulnerable, yet clean, so not a big problem

Beautiful views of the Kitzsteinhorn, closeby the center, clean, comfy beds, no issues with the parking, nor any noise from the pizzeria. Well supplied kitchen. Communication with the host was quick and clear.

Clean, comfortable apartment close to the centre of Kaprun and the Maiskogel ski lifts, ski bus stops, etc. Adjacent to a nice pizzeria too.

Parking places can be a bit tight but it’s doable.

Nice location, clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Exactly like the pictures on booking. There was a sauna and an area to stall our snowboards which was nice!

The apartament could be a bit bigger

We spent a perfect week in apartament Hana. the apartment had all the necessary things in the kitchen, it is very well equipped and clean. very good contact with the owner, beautiful view from the room.

- Removing the smell from the pillows (at least one from the bed and one from the sofa), it is a smell which is provided mainly by the washing machine and which I also encountered in other situations - Air conditioning is necessary during the summer, it's sunny all day, the room heats up, the ventilation of the room is defective. - Pizzeria on the ground floor is useful when you leave in the morning and come back in the evening, but keep in mind that cars constantly come and go and park under your balcony until 11 p.m. - The parking space must be permanently available to those who use the apartment. We left in the morning and returned in the evening and the parking space was occupied. I announced the host but it was released (accidentally) only after ~30 hours. I parked in another place with fear because everywhere there were posters about picking up cars. - The bathroom does not have a floor drain, so there is a threatening poster above the toilet regarding water leaking into the bathroom and damage of the door. I think there should be tools available for collecting water (mop for example) instead of threats. The shower cabin is the smallest size. The bathroom clearly has design problems even though it is spacious. - We communicate well with host until check-out. I received an automatic message from Booking (in German even though I had spoken on the phone in English) with instructions. On WhatsApp I received a similar message but with a very important information at the end: that we still have to pay 16.4 Euro city tax. It was unpleasant for us because this happens in the morning of departure and in order to obtain cash we delayed departure by 30 minutes. I was offered to pay by bank transfer, but in my case the transaction had higher costs than the payment amount. In addition, it seemed incredible to me to leave the money in provided envelope on the table with my name write on it. I have visited Austria several times so far, but this has never happened to me.

The location is accessible for trips and hikes in the area. Super equipped kitchen, very nicely decorated, clean and spacious room, clean bathroom. Possibility to order some food right on the ground floor.

Without a European phone number, we struggled to get access to the apartment. One out of two nights, the pizzeria right under the apartment played music that was loud in the bedroom until 22h-23h. With the high accommodation prices in Kaprun, I would strongly recommend tourists to look at accommodations that offer the Summer/Winter card, but this one does not. The Summer/Winter card provides many discounts and gratuities that can offset a lot of the accommodation cost.

This is a AirBnB-style apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment was clean.

We had difficulties with parking some evenings, but that was out of the host's control. It would have been great to have basics like salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen and maybe some coffee pods for the coffee machine and some extra bin bags. Other than that it was very well equipped.
