As noted by others - it's a 10 minute walk up a steep hill from the centre (15 min to the lake). The walk is worth the view and also means the accommodation is in a quieter position. The apartment could also do with a working plug was washing up (but the dishwasher is big!).

Amazing views and comfortable apartment. We stayed for 9 days with 2 kids aged 8 & 12 and with the summer card we did a lot of fun stuff for kids and adults - lido with diving board and slides, mountain walks with adventure play, glacier experience, ice hockey match, light show, indoor pool (the day it rained) and lovely mountain restaurant food. The drive from Munich took a little longer than expected and we missed our arrival time but Alex was brilliant and rearranged things - arriving on his Harley in no time - thanks.

The apartment was even better than the pictures - comfortable and spacious with fantastic views. We particularly enjoyed the luxury of our own private sauna. We were able to cook some delicious meals to enjoy on the terrace and catch up on laundry from our road trip across Germany and Austria. The location was ideal, close to the town and lake. We made full use of our Zell am See Card using the local buses, lifts up to the summits for mountain walks and playing in the snow at the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Our children particularly enjoyed the Ferleiten wildlife park, lido and swimming pool - These were also all included with the card. Our host was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we only stayed for 3 nights. These were certainly the highlight of our holiday!

Not really a dislike at all, but the location is maybe better for visitors who have a car during their visit. That said, the apartment is still perfectly within walking distance from town center too.

Amazing, very spacious apartment with a stunning view to the mountains and over Zeller See. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very nice and made sure everything went well. Communication worked well the whole time. We would absolutely stay here again and do not hesitate to recommend the place to others.

The walk back up the hill to the apartment is a little steep in places, may be a struggle for some if less fit and able. We found it manageable and took about 10-15 mins from the CityXpress lift. Worth pre booking the ski lockers at Brundl Sports rather than carrying all of your gear up the hill every day, although there are good heated lockers available at the apartment too which are free to use.

Everything in the apartment is modern and a high quality finish, super clean and well equipped. We have been to these apartments twice now over the past 5 years and they are still looking like new, fresh and well maintained. The views from the balcony are stunning, worth the walk up the hill! The private sauna and huge freestanding bath was a real luxury, and such a nice touch after a long day skiing. Loads of space with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (one with a double + bunk beds). Big allocated parking space underground and a quick walk down the hill to the CityXpress ski lift and restaurants etc. communication was great, easy check in and out and very friendly local support on hand if needed.

The place does not have air conditioning, but my visit was in the fall and the weather was wonderful, so we did not need it, but in the summer I expect that the matter will be different.

The place is very beautiful, the view is wonderful, and dealing with the employee was easy. You need a car if you live in this place, because getting up is not easy for me.

There were a lot of dishes and cuttlery missing. We booked for 4 people, but didn't have enough coffee cups and spoons for 4 people. Also, the knives were useless, since they did not cut at all. We had to cut things with our pocket knives. At that price I would expect at least enough and good quality dishes. Also, there were a lot of ants on the terrace.

Get ready for some uphill walk if you are not there by car - but as long as you have two healthy legs, its not an issue!

Simply met all expectations, looks exactly like in the pictures, great scenery, great apartment, comfy sauna. Nothing much to add here! Clean place. I could be nitpicking on tiny details at most, but the point is - the place is everything it promises to be and is definitely worth the money.
