Excelent location at the lake Spacy appartement Strong wifi Very well equiped

One bedroom is very small Small fridge Be carefull, the payment has 2 items, one you pay when reservation is done, the 2nd one you pay directly. The instructions come in a very long instruction email and you can easily miss it. If you miss it the reminder will come.

It is advertised as an apartment with a garden, but apartment received was at the second floor ( indeed the garden was at ground floor full of construction machines). No reception desk, key had to collect from a camping facility far enough. Building has been under renovations during my stay (nobody informed me about this, I would choose a different facility in this situation), workers were using elevating machines to paint outside of the building and balcony during the day, entrance area has been full of renovation materials, bad illuminated outside entrance area, WiFi bad connectivity. Overall very bad experience

The appartment was huge with great light through the windows and beautiful views

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for my 89 year old Dad and I but on arrival found only 1 bedroom. When I called the managing agent I was told the cleaner was unavailable and would come to unlock one of the other bedrooms in the morning. Why on earth would I book a 2 bed appartment if we only wanted 1 bedroom. There was no effort made to resolve the issue. By pure chance I found that the toilet key opened another door to a bedroom so I could sleep the night, but without the bed made up.
