While the reception staff were generally helpful, our late-night arrival was an unpleasant experience. We were concerned that it took long for someone to respond at the front desk and open the main door. As we were tired and it was very late night so we felt disappointed, especially since we had notified you of our late arrival several times.

We had a very good stay. The location, cleanliness, and well-equipped facilities were all excellent. We also appreciated the satisfactory room size and the quick, pleasant cleaning service. The team's swift and helpful communication before our arrival was also a standout.

A truly perfect stay! The location is right in the city center, with a parking lot next door offering discounted rates for hotel guests. The room was extremely spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful three-day stay, and I’m certain that if I return to Vienna, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Everything pretty much nearby. We got two studio apartments that were next to each other. Our two adult kids had one (two separate twin beds) and we had one next door. The 2 bedroom apartment was not available at the time of our booking but this turned out better. Our kids loved it. We requested that and we got that. We were on the 5th floor, the reception is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is great, beautiful. The inside of the building is very nice luxurious looking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. This is a serviced apartment, so if you want there is daily cleaning. They did our laundry for a very reasonable price. If you wanted to turn in a bag of laundry for wash and hand dry it was only 10 euros per bag. If you wanted it ironed etc that was going to be extra, but we did not need that. On the day before we left we asked the staff if we turned in the laundry in the morning if we could get another bag by that day since we were leaving the next day, and they got it done. Good coffee pods in the kitchenette. They even had a decaf pod which I usually do not find in most of my stays. One of the bathrooms in the studio was a walk in shower. The other one is a bathtub, with a shower but if you wanted a more comfortable shower, get the studio with the walk in shower. We traveled for 2 weeks three different cities, and this was the best apartment we stayed in. Excellent and highly recommended.

24 hour personal reception was great. Easy process. Good communication. We chose a basic room which was essentially a large hotel room with a kitchen nook, desk and small sitting area with table and chair. Perfect for a 2 night stay for 2 people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean, and the building itself is beautiful both inside and out. The location is excellent, and having a 24/7 reception was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with luggage storage. Overall, a great experience.

The location was walking distance to the main city sights. The apartment was beautiful old architecture. The second bedroom was tiny but we had room in the main bedroom and living room. 2 bathrooms was terrific. Loved the design of the furniture. Loved the old building and elevator. Would stay here again.

For some people, it would be important to know that there can be a few steps in some of the apartments. Also in my apartment, while the shower was fine, it was in a tub and some people are unable to step over the edge of a tub. So ask if these things matter for you. The other consideration is that because you are in the center, it almost never makes sense to take public transportation to a site in or around the center and therefore you really must do a lot of walking. Transportation is so good that for some people, staying farther out and right by a Transportation hub may work better.

Easy to reach from airport train an d walking distance to everything in the center. Comfortably furnished. Very nice touches like good choice of Nespresso coffees and both herbal and regular teas. Bright room. Nice to know there was overnight staff, just in case. Friendly staff. Beautiful old building, well updated. Variety of restaurants nearby. Stubentor U and S Bahn near.

A nice apartment close to the historic city centre. There is a Spar supermarket nearby and it is a 40 minute walk from the Vienna main railway station.
