Beautiful apartment, very peaceful enviroment overlooking th emountain. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable and the hosts were extremely kind and flexible. The communal room has a variety of board games, you can find table teenis as well as a big trampoine outside. Parking just in front of the reception so no problems with luggage. And as a great bonus, summer Karnten card is provided which means free activities for everyone. Highly recommended!

The apartment is designed for longer stays so with just two nights we would have had to buy a lot of disposable stuff for just a one time use. Maybe could be nice to provide some more basic things to avoid having to buy them.

Our stay at Nockberge Lodge was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating—we were even able to check in earlier than the official time. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious, making it perfect for the five of us. They went above and beyond to meet all our special requests, including adding an extra person to our group and allowing a late check-out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches—extra towels in the bathrooms, additional pillows on the beds, and soft, fluffy blankets—made our stay even more comfortable. We especially loved the two balconies, which were a great bonus, and the cozy common room with a fireplace and a fantastic selection of board games. Our dog also had a great time exploring the enclosed garden. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Nockberge Lodge to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-equipped place to stay!

Although the lodge's description mentioned direct access to the slopes and ski lifts, we found this not to be the case. We either had to take the bus (which conveniently stops right in front of the hotel) or drive a short distance. However, it was definitely not within walking distance—especially when wearing ski boots! Additionally, we purchased our ski passes at the lodge, paying a €5 deposit per card. We were assured this deposit would be refunded upon returning the cards on our last day. However, despite handing them back, we never received the €25 refund for the five cards, nor was it deducted from our final bill. Unfortunately, we only noticed this after leaving, as the printer wasn’t working, and the invoice was sent to us afterward. We reached out via email and Booking.com regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. Another downside was the general lack of responsiveness to messages. Before our arrival, we attempted to contact them via Booking.com and email but never received a reply. That said, once we arrived, communication was much easier—they answered phone calls and responded when we reached out. However, it's worth noting that the reception was not always staffed during the stated opening hours, so we often had to call or ring a bell to get assistance.

The place is newly decorated, impeccably clean and in a great location. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. This was our first trip with a pet and we really enjoyed it.

Could fix the window, broken frame it was hard to open/close it.

We spent a week at Nockberge Lodge. Everything was excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean, with all kitchen utensils and appliances you may need during the stay. Location is great and the hosts were welcoming. We are definitely coming again ❤️

Stayed in an apartment with access to the terrace, which was incredible for my dog. There was an additional charge (but expected) for the dog 10 e/day. Facilities were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Was staying off season, so had the "kärnten card" included in the price, which was very convinient. Location is perfect for hiking, there is also a nearby spar (store) a few minutes away by car.

I found it interesting that you have to pay for additional toulet paper rolls.

We stopped on the way to Italy. The place exceeded our expectations. Silence peace. We got free tickets for the cable car to the mountains - I recommend it! and those bats! Beautiful

We spend a week in this wonderful apartment with our family. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely friendly. The place is wonderful in a good location. I highly recommend it and will definitely rent it again

New apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen provide a pleasant stay. Large terrace and parking. The location is near Kaiserburgbahn I lift, and also near ski bus station. The accommodation is next to the main road, but the insulation is good and does not disturb sleep. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious, new and tidy. There is also a skii depot room with boot heaters. Every morning they bring fresh bread, that is a big +.
