One small point is that the second room was a bit compact and had bunk beds, which might not suit everyone. It would have been even better if it had been a little more spacious, but this didn’t affect my overall positive experience.

The location was very convenient, close to the station, and situated in a culturally rich and charming neighborhood where I could fully enjoy the atmosphere of Vienna. The room was clean, and the hotel staff were also very kind and welcoming.

The bed was a bit soft.

Comfortable hotel and I loved my room with its balcony looking out over the city. Everything is super efficient, you can check in and check out without needing the staff, if you so choose. I asked about a late checkout and this was no problem. The free coffee provided in the lobby is of very high quality! And I loved that all the toiletries are organic certified.

My room was located on the top floor, so the ceiling was angled/attic style and I kept bumping my head :) , but other than that, everything was lovely!

Super convenient location very close to train, shops, cafes and restaurants, and also the river for nice walks. Having access to the sauna free of charge was also a plus, as was the free 24h tea, coffee, and water.

To be fussy, we would have liked a bath robe. The porridge at breakfast was from a packet and not on the same standard as all the other delicious food.

Loved the gardens and location. We were pleased with a good size family suite and bathroom. Very peaceful and pretty tree lined location close to the train and city centre. Delicious breakfast and fresh air from large windows and good aircon. Comfortable and clean, we will stay there again. Complimentary umbrellas a nice touch.

We had a lovely, large and very quiet room overlooking the central courtyard garden, and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities available, complimented by a lounge next to reception where you could find supplies. Breakfast was excellent with ingredients used of the highest quality. We also loved the (free) sauna in the basement which was a lovely additional facility. What surprised us most was how conveniently located the hotel was being a mere 2 minutes walk from Rochusgasse U-Bahn station which has great connections around central Vienna. Also, although the hotel itself is located on a very quiet residential street, just the other side of the station is the lively Rochusmarkt with plenty of eating and drinking opportunities! Overall, highly recommended.

Way better than I expected. The room is spacious for a single room, the balcony is awesome, the roof windows let in as much light as you want, but the room is cool, thanks to the AC. Breakfast is quite fantastic, best tomatoes, eggs, sausages I had in a long time. Quiet, awesome garden. The sauna area is perfect, and I was all alone there the whole time. The self serve bar at the lobby is a bit far from the garden building, but totally worth the walk :). Good location. Easy checkin. Absolutely loved it.

This little boutique hotel is very special. Upon arrival we were greeted by Johann who was extremely helpful, our room was beautiful, bright and airy - double balcony - one inside - one outside, high ceilings, extremely comfy bed, great air-conditioning. The entire hotel is spotless with staff that are very friendly and helpful. Location wise its perfect. Only 70m from the underground which takes you into central Vienna and that has easy links to either railway station and airport. Residential area with nice little restaurants very close by. Breakfast was delightful - a small selection of all that is needed but great quality including the coffee all set in a lovely sunny gazebo! Plus the free coffee, tea, sparkling and still water available all day. We would definitely return to this gorgeous hotel and highly recommend it.

Lovely, very large room with nice terrace. Close to Metro stop and Sixt car rental is 5 minutes away. Quiet area but walking distance to parks and historic center. Will book again!
