We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe wooden beds for next 3 nights were quite old and squeeking. Front of the building, there were plenty of trash, renovation stuff which is quite unsitely. The inside of the building was very clean.
I did book a twin room. On arrival there were 2 single beds joined together. Made up separately. Not a comfortable set up for 2 ladies. We couldn’t separate the beds. A twin room is what I expect to have 2 singles apart. Next morning, staff was very helpful and showed me 2 other rooms for me to choose. Both had 2 wooden singles apart beds apart with a bedside table in between.

AustraliaRooms were not air conditioned and it was super hot in the rooms. This is not a good hotel for the summer. Avoid the top floor of the hotel as the rooms are saunas. Fan only provided after being asked. One of our rooms had a broken door to the shower and toilet. This room should not have been made available to book

RomaniaA fantastic family pension, clean and lighty, located in the green and quiet part of the city, 15 minutes away from the Eggenberg Palace (by foot) and 25-30 minutes from the city center (by tram). People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty. When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere! The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!

FranceWe are very peculiar for noise and as of 5:30 a.m. you can hear everybody getting ready and as of 6:30 cars are leaving just outside the window. Our rooms did not have a water cooker etc. for a tea in the evening or a coffee in the morning, no soap etc, for 130 Euro a night for 2 pers. a little steep for a “pension”. We had a couple of inoffensive ( I think…) bugs in our room and a problem with the heating ( temp. below 0 at night outside), and we had no hot water the 2nd day (unlucky ), but without any excuse or explanation.
The breakfast, charged extra at 15 Euro pp and is prepared with special care by a lady who is extremely nice. We appreciated this personal touch, a good start into the day. Another plus is the sunrise over Graz (if you have a room with that orientation), there also is a simple restaurant in the building in case you want to eat in.
