I would have liked a safety deposit box option for passports.

Helga was really quick to respond to emails and helpful and welcoming. The apartment was imaculate with ample toiletries and utensils in the kitchen. The view was lovely in the morning with the fresh mountain air when the windows were open. The location wasn't too far from the ski stop and with 2 bus options, 660 and K. Ski room was handy and my little one loved the treats in the corridor. Close to a great Italian where you could get take away or eat in. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Perfect place to stay with family, very nice, clean and big enough apartment, well equipped, great and quiet location very close to all attractions. The owners are helpful and very kind. We received Summer card immediately upon arrival and enjoyed all partners activities and attractions. Fully recommend this appartement and definitely would like to come back in winter. Lighting - more plug-ins for computer and phone, brighter bulbs and more of them at the bed.

Perfect location, Summer card Zell am See Kaprun was created immediately after arrival and it really covers a lot of Turist attractions, lifts, busses, .... Very kind housekeeper (owner), clean and nice suite, towels changed every three days, quiet environment, own parking, ...

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Everything was great. The hosts were really nice and engaged. I needed a needle and thread and I got it without any problems. There is a possibility of making laundry on site. Location is fantastic, near the center of the town and main road but still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was big, clean and well equipped. Summer card, which is for free, is the best way to visit the best places in the region for no additional cost.

Having read the reviews we were so happy to have booked with Helga. Initially there was a small issue with our booking and Helga immediately found a solution. Helga answered my many pre-arrival questions promptly and on arrival her warm welcome confirmed we had made the right choice. We arrived early and Helga kindly helped us carry our heavy luggage up (despite my protestations) and promptly gave us our Sommer Cards so we could enjoy the day. We loved our top floor one-bedroom apartment! Clean, homely, spacious and spent every evening enjoying the view from the balcony from which we could see the Maiskoegel on the hill. The 660 bus (which takes you to all the main attractions) and supermarket Billa is a short (flat) walk away which was so convenient and it's a short walk into Kaprun village. Conveniently you can use the washing machine in the basement for a minimal cost which was necessary for us being away for 12 days in total, 4 with Helga. If I return to the area I will definitely stay at Waelderhof again. Thank you Helga for a lovely stay.
