Easy-going secure 3D payment and check in, responsive helpdesk. Very clean apartments on arrival, easy check out in the end. Check out via web failed, anyway thanks to helpdesk reached via phone everything was clarified and checkout was completed successfully.

The games room lacked some of the equipment to actually use it (like table tennis balls!) and there was nowhere to store luggage when we checked out early, but these are only very minor issues and easily resolved so didn't affect our stay.

This was a lovely, spacious apartment which had a good range of kitchen accessories making a self catering holiday very easy and convenient. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the dining room for the extra beds needed for the children (both teenagers, so plenty of room for bigger kids!). The grounds of the hotel were very well kept and supplied and the shared areas were also very good, including washing machines/dryers. It is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful yet still close to walk to all the amenities, which made for an extremely restful and enjoyable break. The staff were also very responsive to queries when I emailed. Thank you!

Apparently they recently did a major renovation and wow, does it show! Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out. Good location - less than 10 minutes walk to grocery, about the same to the waterfront. Very quiet, lovely views, nice private deck. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommended.

The owner doesn't communicate via WhatsApp, only email, and take long to answer.

The place was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed, in a very good location. The view from the room was beautiful.

One small thing that was lacking was the kitchen stove has no fan, so need to mind the smells when cooking.

Stayed at a lake-view apartment, the balcony was amazing! Very comfortable and roomy apartment, the bed is very comfortable. The location can't be beaten! Walking distance to supermarket, cable car, bus stop and to the lake. Bonus points for smart TVs, storage space and washer/dryer facilities onsite.

Only one waste bag is provided. The kitchen utensils were old and not clean. The cleaning company came to clean the apartment 50 minutes before check out time they were waiting in front of the door of the apartment in which they rush us to check out quickly.

There is nobody at the reception, no reception at all, everything is managed remotely, which is okay if you can effectively troubleshoot when needed. I sent a message on my first day asking about a missing cutting board and got a reply after 5 days, shortly before we were leaving saying 'sorry we don't provide that, we hope you understand'. The thing is that I don't really understand why wouldn't you provide that if you provide a kitchen and a knife. How am I supposed to use that? Directly on your kitchen counter? It seemed dismissive. Also the Achensee card which was supposed to be included didn't work for me at all and I didn't bother to ask since the late and dismissive reply the first time. 1x toilet paper and 1x rubbish bag definitely not enough for 8 days and 2 ppl. The place is nice itself but I think it could be managed better, more attentive and responsive. I don't need a host to hover around me all the time, I'm not that kind of traveller but the bare minimum should be there and it feels like some shortcuts are taken here, probably trying to manage too many properties at the same time.

We loved the location, nice cozy studio apartments with almost everything you need (and not more, which is a good thing for me). The bed was comfy and it was clean. I appreciate that there was cooking gear in the mini kitchen. Overall it's a very nice place, in a beautiful setting! The supermarket is close, and some restaurants nearby, also just a short walk to the lake.

The sleeping arrangement for our children were not great The garden stank of manure and gardeners spent a whole day using power tools which were very noisy

In the bathroom there was no handwash, many things in the playroom were broken or not working. The cancellation rule was not flexible. I did not like the idea that if one can't travel then also the person should pay the full booking price. Normally it should be one day price not the all day price.

I like the location of the property very good, key collection process is very modern, the room was good, kitchen was fully equipped. View from the balcony was spectacular. I had a room with mountain and lake view.
