We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Normally this i would see it as a positive but provided the support was not reliant on my mobile service being operational and so slow to support a glitch on their system (deposit over internet). They should install a door phone that calls directly to the call center.

HungaryThe guests on the top floor with a few kids were really loud, the whole night the kids were running around and we could hear every single step.
Nice & cosy apartment, equipped with a fully working kitchen, comfy beds, good heating. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5. Ski areas are within 10-15 minutes drive and I guess there's also some bus service should someone arrive with public transport. There's a room with access control to store your ski equipment/bike overnight with boots and gloves drier, too 👍

PolandIt's very difficult to dry jackets if they're wet after a day of skiing. There's only one radiator in the bedroom, but it's hard to have maximum heat when sleeping in the same room.
Very good location for ski resort Kitzstainhorn, Saalbach, Zell am See. Just in middle - 15-20 minutes to each of them. Special common room for ski and ski boots with shoe dryers. Lift in building from ground to first floor ;)

Czech Republicmaybe too much heat, we had to open windows a lit even with heater turned off. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. All mattresses were too soft for us, but that is probably our problem.

Czech RepublicAfter long drive we arrived to messy appartment. Nothing was cleaned even after 17:00, dirty sheets laying everywhere. This is what you want to see when you arrive tired! Company that runs this promised to send some compensation for coffee, ofcourse nothing got sent. No more, thank you.
