Should have been a way to automatically schedule a wakeup call, but when we got there at 12 AM, there was no one at the desk and they told us no one would be there until 6:30 in the morning.

Amazing value, and flexibilty. They provided us with two cribs that we needed, and everything was easy and seemless.

The only small downside was in the morning: when we wanted to have breakfast and arrange our transfer, the receptionist was absent and there was no way to reach them, so we had to wait about 10 minutes, which was a bit stressful. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a layover in Vienna with our little family and really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the airport. We arrived after 11 pm and easily found our room key waiting for us in an envelope at the entrance. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and booking the transfer was straightforward.

No parking available, every time of the day foll parking. To expensive for facility's and expectation. This is not a 4 stars hotel, only cost of a luxury hotel. Extra charges for city tax or something else.

The kettle was partialy broken and it worked only if the button was held. Shower was nice and clean, but the water drainage was too slow which we did not like.

We really liked the location of the hotel, everything looks modern, the size of the room and equipment. Room was clean and hotel's stuff helpfull. Value-price comprison was sufficient.

My flight was cancelled and I needed to find a last minute accomodation. I choose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and little more but I was very pleased to see how comfortable, clean, and big the room was. A real pleasure after a long afternoon in the airport. They also arranged it a shuttle to the airport for the next morning that was very punctual!

Area options for food. Not the fault of the hotel but there are limited options to eat especially late at night. If you are arriving late, grab something at the airport before coming to hotel.

Good option for a long layover or night's stay before flying out of Vienna. It's about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport with a 5 euro/person shuttle bookable to get back to the airport. We were a family of 4 traveling and had a room with two double beds. All of us were exhausted and slept very well for a few hours before having to go back to airport. Not a whole lot in the neighborhood but I think there is a supermarket not too far away.

Room was close to elevator, staircase and reception and it way quite noisy.

Clean, nicely furbished almost like new. One table lamp did not work but no big deal. Grocery store in walking distance. Good for staying overnight before flight. Parking and airport shuttle for reasonable price.

We didn’t like that you couldn’t get a proper meal - the man on reception said it was more snack food. He recommended an excellent Greek restaurant a five minute walk away, but when we got there we were told it was cash only. We had no car and no cash. My husband had to go with the restaurant owner in his car to get cash. All fine, but if you’re going to recommend this to future guests, please let them know it’s cash only.

Wifi was first working normally but in the evening it could not connect anymore.

Easy access from hotel to airport with car. Free parking lot for guests, which was quite full but i was able to find parking place for car. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Everything was ok except there was some wifi problems.
