The location is a bit far from the city centre, the room is quite big, but there is a sofa at an awkward location, the room wasn’t very clean, as well as the shower, we found other guests properties in the room. Overall is was an okay stay, room a little hot as there is no air con, thankfully the city wasn’t very hot.

Whilst the rooms are absolutely fine and suitable for a short stay, the bathroom was moldy, it desperately needs renovation. The check-in process was quite complicated and you had to leave your ID or 50 euros as a deposit. Nothing too bad but for the room quality it's unnecessary imo.

Great location, so close to the metro station and the area is decent! The room was totally fine for a short stay, but a bit dated. Bed was comfy. No AC but they left a pretty powerful fan. The lobby area is very nice and has lots of amenities. We had a good deal on the room so can't complain too much.

They treat guests as presumed thieves or vandals, requiring 50 euro "damage deposit". Apparently they only do it for the insult, since they just give it back on check out without inspecting the room. I am sorry, but such a policy costs automatically 3 rating points.

The shower door leaked water all over the floor, and you had to stand in one corner of the shower because of the way the shower was positioned. The bed was hard and we also saw bugs in the room.

Fan in the room was a nice touch, room was spacious and lovely exterior in a convenient area.

Bathroom is very small but clean, it is ok for for a short stay. There is a garage inside the hotel but the price is quite high (18 euros per day), on the street you have to pay for parking anyway. We didn't have breakfast because it was crazy expensive (18 euros per person).

Our room was comfortable and clean, there is not air conditioning but we didn't need it during our stay. The position is good, you can get to the main attraction by bus (very close to the hotel). There also supermarkets and a very good Pizza restaurant nearby. Reception is open 24/7 which is very useful for late check in. Very good quality/price compromise.

Unfortunately, there were no chairs or glasses, kettle and refrigerator the room.

Close to the metro (direct line from the airport), grocery stores, and cafes. You can walk to the sights. The staff is responsive. The room is clean.

There wasn't a lot of space to put my stuff in the room. Toilet button looked like it could break any minute. Quite bad sound insulation - I could hear footsteps clearly. So yeah, not too bad, but could be better.

It was in a great location, staff was amazing, they have their own parking place (18 euros a day). The room itself was alright but could be better. Room was clean, had towels, tv.

No minifridge. The bathroom was not very clean to start with, and they never cleaned it or swept the room floor during the entire 9 days we spent there. They never changed the linnens either - yet the towels were changed daily, even when we left them on the hangers.

Comfortable beds - but not the pillows. If you, like me, have a bad neck, ask for an extra (they dont have them in the room). Quiet neighborhood with great public transport options - and walking distance to museums, budget eateries, etc.Helpful front desk. Enough storage for our 9 day stay.

There were very few power outlets in the room to plug in electrical devices. There were three outlets in total, but one of them was not working. Even though we asked the staff for an extension cord, they did not provide one. We also requested the repair of the faulty outlet, but that was not done. The room itself had no main lighting; only a small lamp in the corridor provided some light. The room was illuminated by that lamp and some bedside lamps. When I tried to fill the bathtub, I noticed foam leftover from the previous guest. The bathtub had not been properly cleaned. The staff did not have a very cheerful demeanor.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Various modes of transportation passed right by it. You could even walk to the city center. There were restaurants, pharmacies, and plenty of bakeries nearby to substitute breakfast—all at reasonable prices. Although the hotel building and rooms were old, they were neat and clean. The elevator was convenient and always operational. There was no refrigerator in the room, but the reception kept the sweets we bought refrigerated for us.

Need to add some work for the rooms. At least in our room you could see a leaking sink pipe, broken lamp and socket. Just small things but it would make it better.
