Location

There was no air conditioning in the room

Perfect location to visit Baden and surrounding areas.

A refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comtfortable. The room was clean.

The Internet did not work. The towels were very small and thin. The light in the room was dim.

Very poor breakfast , below expectations....and a unique fact that I have never encountered in any hotel before was the mosquitoes as big as a fly , which made it impossible to rest all night.

Location is amazing, close to the city centre and just next to the park. Breakfast is good, dinner in the restaurant is also nice, staff in the restaurant on the evening were excellent.

We received a completely different style of room what we have booked. Size of it was OK, but the design was not so nice what we expected for, based on the pictures of the room what we have booked. Corridors ugly and your feeling is that the carpet is dirty, also the room wasn't clean enough.

Breakfast.

Room and hotel furnishings. All the offerings were old and uncomfortable, they don't even have a normal chandelier in the room. We didn't have the option to make tea or coffee, only a bottle of water. We had to buy it from them. The hotel operates with an old system, like 20 years ago. In the room you don't feel like in a four-star hotel, almost like in a hostel. We were very disappointed.

Good selection at breakfast, spacy quiet room with covered balcony allows sitting outside even at rain to have a drink.

Signal strength for WiFi was poor in the room; only good around reception.

The location of the hotel physically made me tear. The bathrooms are incredibly clean (I do have my own method of checking the cleanliness of the premises) spotless! Great staff, great breakfast.. the experience was out of this world!

I wish I stayed longer

As always the front desk staff undermines the excellent review and the otherwise very friendly and helpful staff. Surprising, every time I stay here....

Great location, good breakfast

I am so happy to be a Guest in this Wonderful Hotel with the best location and beside an amazing Park. The Hotel is very close to Baden center. Special Thanks to All Staff.

Our room 201 has a wonderful panoramic park view, But I am so sorry to tell you that this room was extremely Hot (like a Sauna room) and I really appreciate the Hotel Staff efforts to find another room But unfortunately No more rooms available. At the end, We accept this room because we got 3 Ventilation Fans (Not so helpful in this Suana room ;). Thanks again for everything and All the Best. We really love (At the Park Hotel)

Location is very well situated close to the places we would like to visit.

I have stayed at This property dozens of times over the years. Its is a hidden gem. Great location plenty to do and see in and around Baden. Always want to spend more time here.

clean and pretty colors

Breakfast is expensive at €27, and you get very little for it. The beds are very uncomfortable. Everything in the room is outdated, at least in the “Pigeon Loft” on the seventh floor where I stayed.
