Close to the area we needed to be in

The rooms were extremely hot and on opening the windows we got bitten by many mosquitoes overnight! A fan in the room is definitely needed!

It was traditional Tirol style, very lovely. Excellent breakfast.

I would have liked to have a tee/coffee, making possibility, water cettle , in the room.

The family that runs this hotel; they made it feel more like being hosted in a large house, rather than in a hotel. Everything was in order with regards to the room, and the dedicated bike storage was perfect for my bikepacking overnight stop. The location, right at the junctions of motorways (if you're driving) the traditional bike paths/lanes (if you're cycling) makes it ideal stop on the way to... anywhere.

The breakfast buffer was massive, however short of vegetarian/vegan options, other than bread, marmelades (amazing, still) and margarine.

Excellent breakfast, but it was disappointing to be charged extra for an espresso coffee with it. Modern room, lovely bathroom. Beautiful mountain views. Comfortable bed. Our dog received a Welcome goody bag. Reception staff were very welcoming.

We would have liked a kettle in the room, to make our own tea and coffee. We were surprised to be charged an extra €3 for my daughter’s breakfast espresso.

The young lad on reception who showed us to our room was excellent. The room was a good size. The restaurant had friendly staff who were helpful, and it served good food.

The older man on reception was brusque and rude on our arrival. The room faced the busy Road and bar and was over the garage which had a squeaky door. It was therefore not possible to open the window for cool air at night.

There was on-site parking, and the receptionists (morning & evening) were very pleasant and spoke excellent english. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was really modern and very clean. The location is in the Tirol and the views are spectacular.

There was no bar and the restaurant was closed, albeit you could eat & use the bar at another hotel over the road. It was raining so could have done without having to leave the hotel. On returning at 21.45 the reception was in darkness, which I found disconcerting. You could open the hotel door with your room key. We were told the restaurant and bar was shut because it was out of season. Breakfast was OK.
