Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was quite big and clean. The personnel was nice and very helpful. The location is close to metro and easily accessible. There is lidl and other supermarket close to the hotel, which is very convenient.

SwedenIts more of a hipster style hotel. For the traveller who expects international comfort it might not be the best, no AC and a very small elevator. For us it was fine.
Very nice and lofty room with big windows overlooking the neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and helpful and the whole place had a very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Fairly close to Pratenstern and a short walk to the inne city, so easy to get to and from. Very clean and well maintained, can recommend.

United KingdomThe temp being 32 degrees during the day, I had forgot to check whether the Hotel had air conditioning.It had a trendy fan to blow the hot about and the room was boiling. I would definitely stay here again ( as have relatives in the city),but just not in July or August. The room had no TV, but then the price was good

We were staying on the first floor and during the night we could hear kind of a machine working downstairs until 1 o’clock and early in the morning we could also hear the cleaning staff. The noise problem aside, we enjoyed our stay.
Anytime we come to Vienna we stay at this hotel. Great location and spacious rooms.
