Nothing to ‘dislike’ really , perhaps the breakfast could be more considered and provide greater options , and the room prices do seem to fluctuate quite a lot for some reason (perhaps AI driven 🙃) , but that seems to be becoming standard practise in Vienna now .

This hotel holds high standards in both service and the accommodation - although not 5 star , it is still a very good quality hotel to stay in , the staff are always pleasant and helpful , and is located just out of old town Vienna in an interesting , slightly bohemian district with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Always happy with my stay here.

This was a great location- close to public transport. The family room and bathroom was a good size for us. The breakfast was a bonus and staff were willing to help out with recommendations. We had a great stay!

The hotel is within walking distance of Prater, and both the train and metro stations are nearby. Most major attractions can be reached within 10–15 minutes. The location was a bit too far from the main centre for our liking. There was one area close to the hotel in which we did not feel entirely comfortablei in, turn right and right again. But the main street was OK and. had a good variety of shops and eating places.

The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were excellent, pleasant helpful and had a good knowledge of the transport system within Vienna but also how to get away after one’s stay.

A lovely traditional and quiet hotel outside the city center but walking distance to Prater train station and other stations, also close to Messe Wien to attend a congress. Clemens was very welcoming when we arrived and made great recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit, he really loves his city! Our breakfasts had a nice variety of hot dishes as well as great continental options and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was big, comfortable and very clean, we slept like logs :). There was even a nicely set-up ironing room down the hall if you needed to iron your clothes. This hotel made Vienna very special to us,

I'm still trying to understand this general trend of having sliding doors for bathrooms and zero privacy. That's probably something new but I just don't like. Many hotels are doing that nowadays for some reason but it's not pleasant.

I've stayed here a few times. It's always amazing. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent location to explore Vienna and tasty breakfasts.

The staff were very friendly and Lorenzo at the front desk helped explaining the city and suggesting nice restaurants where locals dine. The hotel is very close to the train station.

Getting to the sauna was pretty confusing but thats it

Really close to train stations, so it was really easy to go to places. Had an amazing sauna, great staff. Breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed the trip a lot!
