Convenience of check-in and check-out. Key was in an envelope at the door (also seemed a bit unsafe, tbh). Generally seemed clean although parts were definitely not well kept (bed not freshly made, hair in bed, carpet smelly, etc.)

Cleanlines ok, but partly not acceptable (as in hair in bed and clearly not freshly made), Shower clean but rusty at the bottom and not well maintained. Floor was carpet from probably 40 years ago and you felt dirty touching it with bare feet. View from window (on first floor to the back) was against a wall. Since the front door is always open and not locked, there are lots of insects inside and you feel slightly unsafe because anyone could just walk in to your door

- Location was good , near the train station. - Large room , comfortable for 4 people.

- Bunk bed , when I did not select a room with bunk bed (but ok not a big problem) - It could have been cleaner , at least the walls and bathroom - Noise from the train in the morning.

It is better than the photos show. The room and the bathroom were clean and well maintained.

I will try to keep this review as constructive and fair as possible. Our first day and night were unfortunately very unpleasant. There was a constant loud noise in our room, which seemed to come from the restaurant’s ventilation system. Along with the noise, there was also a smell reminiscent of a deep fryer, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Another issue was the frequent sound of trains passing nearby, including loud horns approximately every 30 minutes – which may be disturbing to some guests, especially during the night. Additionally, the physical presence of staff was limited – most things were handled by phone. However, whenever we called, our calls were answered, and the person on the phone was always polite and helpful. On the second day, we were offered a different room, where the conditions were much better, and we appreciated that solution. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the room facilities were satisfactory. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, but overall, they were acceptable. In summary, the stay had both positives and negatives. While the first night was disappointing, the staff’s willingness to help and the better room the next day improved our overall experience. I would rate the accommodation as average.

Location, fair price I feel and good bed

Spider webs in the corners and above the bed Scratches on the chairs, furniture Holes and stains on the carpet in the hall. Rust build-up on the tap Old apples and I had a stale pastry I was disappointed.

There was a lot of noise from the trains. I did not see any staff. Neither in the evening nor in the morning. I do not like it if you cannot attach the shower head.

Luckily, the shop was nearby.

The construction job beneath the hotel was noisy, as was the train and the main road. There was no parking on site because the construction crew had closed it. Only on the opposite side of the road was there a parking space. Additionally, no restaurant was available due to the construction work, and there was no prior information about it.

No staff on arrival or at breakfast. Lack of meat & cheese at breakfast as it had all gone by 0720.

Free electric car charging is absolutely is a perfect service.

Good price/quality ratio for this area in Austria. Clean room and good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is located to all other cities just great, close to the highway. The room is clean, very comfortable, it has everything. The buffet breakfasts are very tasty. I recommend the hotel to everyone!!!

It's a pity that there was no electric kettle in the room.

Smaller room was provided despite we paid for a larger one(with 5 beds).

NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING. DISAPPOINTMENT.
