The location is marvelous, and the hotel is centrally located, but away from the main street. The hotel feels like home - a beautiful home. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Doesn’t have a lake view.

Nicely designed rooms with balcony. Very courteous owners who also manage the front desk. Golf cart on rent to move around Pertisau was awesome. Nice garden with pool to chill. Breakfast is also good.

No air conditioning. The room had morning sun on the sliding glass windows to the balcony and became incredibly hot quickly. We had 28-30 degree days but even with cool mornings (21 degrees) it quickly became like a hothouse. Closing the curtains kept the room coolish until late afternoon when the sun had passed and we could open the door and get some air. The other negative is that the hotel has no restaurant and only serves breakfast. Not really a problem as there are many restaurants nearby. Just to be aware to book places in advance during peak season.

Clean, well decorated, modern, excellent bed, close to the lake (about 100 meters), helpful staff, good size room and balcony.

We did need some aircondition in the room. We had hoped we could have dinner in the hotel in the evening, but found a good restaurant in a hotel nearby.

The staff were exceptionally amazing, the service was superb with delicious breakfast every morning. Additionally, the sauna and pool facilities were very well maintained. Overall, perfect for a short winter get away. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. Great first impression! She took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. Cannot speak more highly of her! The spa is second to none- beautiful and well done. Location was also fantastic and a great place to cross country ski. Scenery was gorgeous. They also provided recommendations to restaurants that were phenomenal.
