While the breakfast was fresh, it lacked some typical hotel-breakfast dishes, such as scrambled eggs or sausages, more vegetables, or cereals. Also, breakfast was served on a rather small table, which got quickly crowded. There was only one Coffee machine, insufficient for number of guests.

The reception is located on the 2nd floor and there was nothing indicating this. Initially, I only found the self check-in computer that did not work properly. Thankfully, a very nice cleaning lady pointed out that there is in fact a reception desk. So better signage would help. Also worth mentioning that the parking garage is a bit small. While the parking spots themselves are large, it is difficult to maneuver in it. It also might be difficult to exit if you have taller vehicles like minivans.

A newly built B&B Hotel in Vienna. Some of the construction work, like the elevator to the basement (parking lot) was not finished and got a discount for the garage cost. Rooms are nice and clean as to be expected for all the hotels from this chain. The location is excellent as you are near a major Metro (U-bahn) and Urban Train (S-bahn) junction. It's quite easy to reach the city center by public transport. There are some shops and kebab places in the area. It's helpful that they have their own parking garage.

The room had a bit of a new smell. But that's what you get, when the room is new. Will be gone in a couple of weeks.

Not much for snack concessions, no restaurant just frozen pizza ( I got a great fresh pizza from the restaurant Pizzeria Gallo Bianco a couple of doors down the street) No ice anywhere. Only speciality coffee for breakfast which gets pricy per cup needs just breakfast coffee in the lobby for coffee drinkers, no coffee tea in the rooms either.

The room was nice, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. I slept very well it was quite no road noise. My small dog’s traveled with me they were an extra affordable rate daily. The room had air conditioning which was so lovely to return to after seeing the city on a warm day. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a standard European continental breakfast meats chews breads eggs. There was also a McDonald’s within walking distance as well as a place to get Döner.

Lack of shops and restaurants nearby, so if you want to eat, you have no choice but McDonald's, which is nearby, but considering that the goal of going to Vienna is to see the city, it is not a big problem. It is a new hotel so these are not complaints but suggestions until the hotel is completed to make it a little easier for guests. Leaving the parking lot with the car and raising the ramp and having a slightly richer breakfast, 35 euros for a family of three is not a small amount of money and it is not a lot either, so you must add something for breakfast. Again, I don't want to make it sound like this is a bad thing, it's not so much just small things that raise the level of staying in a hotel.

Extremely friendly staff. New hotel, we were literally the first to stay in an apartment. Clean, tram at 300 meters, metro at 400, so that's ok. Parking is available within the hotel.

Unfortunately the mattress was slightly too hard, this does strongly depend on personal preference though so it might be fine for other people. Furthermore the area is unfortunately a bit run down so the hotel is one of the better looking buildings (so no views here).

Overal the staff was friendly and receptive to my requests and questions. The room looked as advertised, was clean and had a big window with lots of natural light coming in. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. The hotel was easy to reach on foot from Spittelau Metro/Train station within 5-10 minutes.
