Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MaltaThis property is not a hotel in the traditional sense but a place to stay. It is understaffed, no night porter. Although at night the guests get an entry code, it is easy for people with bad intentions to slip in the bonafide guests. Prefer to pay at bit more for safety and to see friendly staff. The place feels sterile without friendly staff.
Quiet neighborhood, safe, close to the excellent public transport systems. Property is clean, well maintained, functional.

United StatesOn our second day, unexpectedly electricity went off in our room,we thought it was a power outage, but it wasn't as hall and elevators were working, Reception staff was truly helpful, they immediately offer us another room as they were understaffed in order to check what was going on with the power outage in our room.
Very convenient location if you are going to a concert! Literally is next to the Arena! Train, tram, bus, and subway stations are nearby.

SpainThere are some hours that reception desk doesn’t work (specially on weekends or holiday days) and you find out this once you arrive at the hotel. Although you can do self check in using the machines located at the entrance so get your code to access the room at 3pm, they don’t let you know this information in advance (or even at the time you do the self check in) so it was chaotic and stressful to figure out all this information. It would be really helpful that customers know this info and schedule and how to process in advance.
New and clean facilities. No noises were heard. Location is perfect if you are attending to an event at the Wiener Stadthalle (which is literally in front of the hotel), but also well communicated with the subway, tram and bus stations.

My window was exactly looking over the venue’s entrance so I could monitor the flow of people going to the same concert. 😁 Pretty nice! HungaryThere was no minibar in the room. Only in the lobby. I guess it's more environmentally friendly this way but we had some leftover food from our travel which we had to consume there and then haha and no kettle to boil water for a tea or coffee.
We went to see Nine Inch Nails in Stadthalle and this hotel is right across the road from Stadthalle. It was bloody good to just walk down and enter the concert hall. Parking cost an extra 18 euros and you need to reserve the spot in advance. Breakfast was extra too, it was an alright breakfast, nothing warm just cold things.

SlovakiaI didn't get the code to the room to my email connected to booking after using the self check-in machine. The vending machine in front of the elevators didn't work, saying items were sold out when they were clearly available. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, the pillow was too soft and small. I found a huge washed out stain, probably a blood stain on my cover - such covers shouldn't be provided in the rooms, please bleach it or get rid off it.
Location to Stadthalle couldn't be better. Also very close to a grocery store (Billa). We really appreciated the self check-in machines since the queue at the reception was longer, it was easy to use.

It is opposite of Stadthalle, perfect location, since we went there for a concert. I also liked surrounding. Near was Anatolia snack and drink bar around the corner were cafe and Biergarten. Lively at night.

You also can reach the center easily with the many transport options around. The receptionist was super kind and helpful.

Exactly next to stadthalle, perfect for concert goers. Clean and quiet, AC is working and cools down the room in a couple minutes.
