I liked everything. There's absolutely no complaints.

Located downtown of Kufstein overlooking the mountains which is excellent. Only 3 minutes walk to the old town centre with bars, restaurants and shopping stores. Underground car parking just a minute away. I stayed in luxury, stylish, cozy, bright, spacious, super clean with 21st century technology. Provided with all the essentials, fully equipped with all appliances (as a gym&privet sauna). How I understood to be the manager, name Simone, at midnight PATIENTLY and kindly helped me move in. She has to explain to me once again what to do, even though I received all the clear information and instructions by e-mail. So definitely I'll stay only at Aparthotel Backstage in future.

The way it took 30 mins until the message with the entering code came. The Staff had to help us get in.

The area was very great, the railway station and the bus stop (also shops, the shopping centre) were really close to the hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. We had issues getting in and she helped us immediately very kindly.

The keypads for getting into the rooms are a bit difficult to use but once you figure it out it’s fine

Clean, fresh, and functional. Good beds, useful common area with fully equipped kitchen. Toilets and bedrooms were all modern and lots of storage space in the rooms.

Excellent communication with the hotel team. They took care of all our needs and made sure that we had accommodations to support our family. Really smart room design. Amazing to have a mini washing machine! Kitchen was perfect. Very happy with our stay.

The elevator calling at level 3 (6) did not work, had to walk 1 level down to use.

It was a nice stay and good communication. Even though, due to our own fault, we booked a small room that was not really suitable for our needs as a family with a child and grandma travelling with us - we were able to change for a much bigger room for an adequate extra fee. The beds were comfortable, small kitchenette well equipped and sauna a nice extra.

Although the security key pad system didn’t seem to work, the host soon rectified the error. The photos are misleading, and was hard to understand exactly what you would be staying in. They should at least be labelled.

Although I was confused by the photos, and it turned out that the family room was just one room with a bathroom, it actually turned out, okay, that the kitchen facilities were shared. The sound insulation was excellent when the windows were closed. Although most of the time didn’t need the window closed. The air conditioning worked just great. The decoration and fixtures were still in reasonable condition, although no longer brand-new. Good quality bathroom. And an extremely helpful and quickly responsive host.

The mattress of the bed was too firm for me. There is no luggage storage at the hotel, but you can arrange it with the owner Simone.

Very good location. 5-10 min.from train station on foot. New and fresh furnishings. Everything very clean. Electronic key and door code for all doors. So, good for late arrivals. Thanks to Simone for the excellent service and helpfulness, and the permission to leave luggage until departure time in the evening. Please ASK for the KufsteinerlandCard when you arrive at the hotel. It includes the gratis Kaiser Lift and some other great advantages! We asked too late and missed Kufstein Fortress for free.

The heating system did not work quite well (except for the bathroom), we did not manage to switch the main radiator on, and therefore it was cold inside. It was a little bit noisy in the evening because of dumbbells dropped on the floor in the fitness room below. There's only one padded stool in the room for up to 4 persons.

1) excellent location (everything is in 5-7 minutes of walk - a supermarket, museums, restaurants, the main railway station, bus stops); 2) comfortable beds; 3) fully-equipped common kitchen, a kettle and a coffee machine in the room; 4) fast Wi-Fi; 5) quick automated check-in and -out; 6) friendly personnel; 7) guest cards with a lot of discounts available in the Kufstein region.
