After checking with our team, we can confirm that Housekeeping received the message the next morning, first thing, and the towel was removed right away. Please note that breakfast is served in the restaurant of our partner hotel across the street, shared by guests from both properties, which can sometimes mean limited for usualy a short period during busy times. Regarding parking, we offer on-site parking at a rate of €10 per day, which is clearly stated during booking. As for the balcony, our rooms share a continuous balcony, which is why individual balconies are not separated. We appreciate your understanding on this.
