We understand that our self-check-in system may not suit everyone. While many of our guests appreciate the flexibility and independence it offers, we recognize it can be challenging if there are technical difficulties, especially regarding phone battery or internet connectivity. We're actively working on improving the reliability and clarity of our access process and are always available remotely to assist guests whenever needed. As clearly stated on our website and booking platforms, BeFree Hostel is a self-service accommodation, and we do not have a 24/7 reception on-site. That said, our team is always reachable and happy to help, and we regret that your experience with our staff fell short of expectations—we’ll follow up internally to ensure improvements are made. Regarding shared rooms, we understand that mixed dorms are not ideal for all travelers, which is why we also offer private room options for those who prefer more privacy. However, we would like to stress that we do not tolerate any form of discriminatory comments about our guests. BeFree Hostel welcomes travelers from all around the world, and we are proud to offer a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone, regardless of nationality, background, or culture. Your feedback on cleanliness and security is important to us.
