The staff was not extremely friendly. The reception lady barely greeted and didn't give any information on the hotel during check-in. At the restaurant, there was a strange system where one would get assigned a table for the duration of the stay. We were neither told of our table number nor of the need to register with the staff and pre-order food. On the first night, we sat down, and the waitress took our drinks order. However, she never asked for our room number and didn't explain the ordering system to us. We ended up eating only from the buffet that night. The staff accused us of taking another family's place while we didn't even know that there was an assigned table for each room. No separate shampoo and conditioners are provided. Bring your own if you need some. Live music is quite loud every evening.

The room was very spacious. The pool was very nice, particularly the kids' pool. The food was decent. The kids' indoor and outdoor playgrounds were great. Parking is free.

I liked everything. Especially the wide offer of activities for all ages. The room was incredibly thought through and perfect for families. We spent most time at the kids club, which was beautifully equipped, pool, table tennis and trampoline, petting zoo and play ground. Only thing that would have made it even better would be a possibility to have dinner earlier. As the time was quite late for kids with a regular bed time at 7pm. Unfortunately, we have one of those kids that no matter what time they go to bed, they wake up at 6 am anyways. So our boy was forced to be tired every day, which made the holiday a little difficult.

Tea/ coffee making facilities or cooled water not available either in the room or anywhere else in the hotel except the spa area. It was very hot throughout the hot in the hotel, we turned the room radiator off and had to sleep with the door and window open. The staff seemed very abrupt and sometimes even rude.

Accommodation was Duplex Suite but we were given a duplex with a separate room for the additional bedroom, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to stay together as a family. However, having separate rooms did allow us privacy so it wasn't so bad, as we were adults and needed our own space.

We had an all inclusive package which was excellent. Facilities at the hotel were excellent. Everywhere was clean and tidy and there was a lot of space to move around as the hotel was big. Food was amazing - faultless and catered for everyone. Cannot find anything negative to say.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train/bus station and within walking distance of the main cable car stations and the shops. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good with buffet options for starters and dessert. Would stay here again.

Our room was a little outdated. Clearly some of the hotel has been renovated to a high standard but some rooms are still very 80's.

I stayed in a penthouse room. The configuration was less than ideal - there was a step up to the bed which was on a shallow platform. There was an automated light that switched on (PIR) when it was dark, to avoid stumbling on the step, but it often switched on during the night in response to turning over in bed! There was also a high step up to the balcony door and the balcony itself had a high wall so that it was not possible to sit on a chair and see over the top! One (only) high stool was provided to overcome this issue but overall the situation was a compromise. I would not book this room again.

The hotel staff were excellent - polite, charming, helpful without exception. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I thought the meal plan in the hotel was very good. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and the dinners were generally very good. I thought the drinks in the restaurant were reasonably priced. The restaurant staff were excellent - polite and professional. The spa area and pool were lovely and very relaxing after a day's skiing. They were a real bonus to the stay in the hotel.
