A big downside was the internet. There was no free Wi-Fi in the rooms — instead, it cost €5 per day for just one device(!). In my opinion, this is outdated and quite unreasonable. Most importantly, it was not mentioned anywhere in advance; on Booking it simply says “Wi-Fi available,” which is very misleading.

Overall everything was very nice and cozy. It’s a good apartment-style room, spacious enough to suit even a family. The place has all the essentials, and the surroundings offer beautiful views

The kid's area wasn't included in the price, though that wasn't mentioned as an extra fee in the advert. The breakfast is quite expensive. Staff smokes in visitor areas so we often had cigarette smells around our young child.

Great for kids with a big playground and animals. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is amazing with great views and hikes around. We would definitely come back.

Grill / fire in front of the hotel caused a lot of smoke in the room. Thought it is incredibly tough to sleep. Hotel is close to a farm so there is a lot of flies.

Very low price, but contains only essentials - every single item you need to pay, ie. breakfast (very expensive), wifi... Breakfast very expensive, but amazing. Room was comfortable and clean.

The pools were “self cleaning” so after a while they would have to empty the 2 pools and start over, took about 2 days to fill and still being cold. Waiters in the restaurant acted like they could not care less. You have to pay for WiFi Play and pool area is NOT included in the price when you book

Very overpriced. Breakfast for 29 eur/person, paid wifi for 5 eur/device/day (really?), charge for a pet in the same amount as adult (28-70 eur), beer for 10 eur. Uff.

Rooms need renovation. No sound isolation so you can hear everything from rooms around. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable. Smelly towels. Broken shower had.

We really liked the balcony in the room, the spacious bathrooms, the toiletries provided and the free access to the fitness room. Also the staff was very welcoming.

Well, we booked 7 rooms in advance but when we came the man at the reception told us there were only 3 😂which were shocked at first, he gave us a discount for breakfast and spending at the hotel. In the end the stay was really nice for all of us.

The atmosphere here was just great, a lot of fun to do everyday. The staffs were so nice to us and after 3 days we were just like friends 😂 the location was far from Soll ski area however the ski bus stops just in front of the hotel. And you have everything you need here, a big ski room, a bar, a good restaurant, sauna…
