The room could have been a bit cleaner. But it wasn't dirty.

Really nice hotel not far from the center of town. The staff were wonderful and the room was large and comfortable. They were flexible when we requested to stay extra days, and upgraded us to a better room for no additional cost. Brakfest was wonderful.

Fantastic property and owners. Fabolous breakfast in wonderful little garden. The rooms are decorated with utmost taste. We drove the High Alpine road and this was a perfect location to stay and stroll through Heiligenblut before dinner. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean. My only regret is not to have stayed another night.

Breakfast was extra and it was pretty basic. I don't think many people were staying so that may be why?

Stayed in the family suite, it was an entire floor comprising kitchen/diner, a bathroom with 2 sinks bath and shower, a separate toilet, 3 double bedrooms and double bunks over two of the bedrooms. It was massive and excellent value for money.

Poor choice for breakfast - no vegetables, warm meat/sausages or eggs options (you can just boil them by yourself). In the description of the room electric kettle was indicated, but in reality there was no such

Big comfortable apartment with spacious bathroom & walk-in shower. Very clean. Water becomes warm fast. A bit outdated (e.g. physical phone on the wall) but authentic interior in red colours. Very comfortable bed; good choice of kitchenware!

My wife and I stayed at Berghotel Hois in Heiligenblut before crossing Grossglockner on our way back to Norway. The hotel was absolute fabulous. The parking space was great, and we were met by friendly personal that spoke English. (My German is pretty bad.). Just a few meters to carry our luggage. A spacious living room with kitchen, separate toilet, separate bathroom and a separate bedroom. Fantastic beds and a fantastic breakfast with everything we wanted. There was a nice pizza restaurant nearby and we were looking up at Grossglockner while eating.

In the deskription it said that you could have dinner, but we were then told that they cooked dinner only 3-4 times a week.

Breakfast was great,the location is good, just a few minutes uphill to the church.The room was big, in fact a small appartment with a kitchenette.

Super friendly and polite staff. 5 minutes walking to the center of the village. 15 minutes driving by car to the peak view site. My family truly enjoyed our stay!

Nothing. It was really a perfect stay.

It was a simply perfect stay. Room was beautiful with a view, and the lady at the hotel was super helpful and kind. Facilities are well equipped and breakfast was really nice, home-made style. It was the best bread and apricot cake I have ever tasted.

Everything was OK.

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and very nice. It was located in a quiet and beautiful location. We had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and the village. We were very satisfied with the attitude of the owners. I recommend this apartment to everyone. We will definitely go back there.

We found it too expensive for what you get. Our room was rather small, hot water in shower ran out (maybe possible to set the thermostat differently). In evening there were a lot of small flying bugs in the room (didn't disturb me too much but still not very pleasant).

The hospitality was incredible and it is what made this stay more comfortable for us (I wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and we were offered to bring another matress into the room instead of sleeping on the sofa). Breakfast was good too. Location is very convenient, though not a lot of choices for dinner and some places might be full after 7/8 and kitchen closes around 8-9..
