There’s was nothing to dislike

The property was well located situated half way between the two main gondalas. The spa and pool area were divine, as a non skier I had the pool more or less to myself every morning with beautiful Mountain views to relax with. The food was excellent, a set menu each evening but with a choice of a meat/fish dish or vegetarian. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. If anything was needed in the room this was attended to right away. Nothing was too much trouble. A real traditional family run vibe to it with lots of modern ethical features too.

It’s perfect. Location, facilities (the spa etc is fantastic), staff, hospitality, food etc. Definitely the best place to stay in Sölden. We came for 007 Elements and we will return.

all was great in fact: the room, the wellness, the fitness room, an excellent swimming pool both inside and outside. The outside one is large enough for sport swimming (laps).

Most of the time the food was very good to excellent, but on some days there was room for improvement. I am being over-critical here.

The staff in the hotel were incredible. The owners were very friendly and made this 5 star hotel feel like a home. Professional yet very personalise service. It was the end of the skiing season but they treated us so well. Would come back here again.

Everything was amazing - from the room - big, with balcony, with a confortable bed, with an bathroom so modern and luxurious to the people working here - everybody want to help, smilling, working hard for your confort and ending with the best food we have ever had in a restaurant in Austria ! All was great, only disadvantage that the hotel is at the main road of the village so a bit noisy.

Great family owned luxury hotel among the Alps. The hotel is nice and modern, room size perfect, bed super comfortable. The wellness are at the roof is amazing also. Breakfast fine, the dinner very delicious. The staff at the reception, wellness area and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Ski slopes and cable cars in a couple of minutes walking distance.

Breakfast is not for a 5 star hotel. The menu is poor and exactly the same for all week. The service is bad at breakfast, the table was not ready in every morning, you had to ask for everything, for making the table, for sugar, teaspoons, etc . It was too hot in the room and you cannot adjust the temperature, it didn' t work.

It is a very nice hotel, with a wonderful ski spa with a view from 5th floor. Close to the ski lift, there is a ski bus nearby. Very good restaurant Wine and dine at the location, excelent chef and personel.

Hotel is not really skiing to door facility, which is important when you are traveling with kids. Ski school is advertised as part of hotel offer, however hotel depends on local ski schools that are too busy. It is not mentioned that you need to request from hotel to book you ski school in advance to your stay. Hotel does not have concierge service.

Rooms are spacious as well as bathroom. Breakfast is good, offering variety of fresh food. Spa area is nice, but too busy in the afternoon.

Maybe I would appreciate coffee machine in rooms. I would also recommend any kind of night light in rooms.

The breakfasts and dinners were sumptuos, rich and tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly and in advance able to know your wishes. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

My room was very noisy. It faced the main street, with a club across the street. The windows should be triple glazing with sound-proof curtains. If you have a light sleep, like I do, it’s better to avoid.

Very helpful staff, good and diverse breakfast, close to the slopes, nice outside pool.

Does not reflect 5 star ranking: rooms are not properly cleaned, bed sheets not changed for a week, same breakfast menu each day, outside jacuzzi was out of order several days of the week, superior room overlooks the night club and the main road, which made it impossible to sleep during the night, bad value for money - overall a good 4 star level hotel not more. We had to move rooms 3 times due noisy superior double room. The hotel should work better on noise blocking options for rooms which are not facing the inner garden. Spent 3 nights at a standard double room instead of booked superior. thankfully the last two nights the hotel offered us an upgrade but moving 3 times for 6 nights stay was exhausting experience.
