This was a true gem! Beautifully located and had everything we needed. Very accommodating staff who arranged for us to swap rooms to 3rd floor instead of 1st (with Private balcony and bathtub) The kitchen / chef was amazing - we had the set 4 course Menue and it was amazing, everything was fantastic both presentation and flavors. Made us want to stay the full week just to explore what they would serve next 😃 Breakfast also great with omelette made upon request and great tasting coffee selection! Garden very well maintained!

Room has no fridge, which would be expected,, in a four stars hotel. Wellness area has just seven beds for all guests, sometimes it's not enough. Garage and transfer to the ski lift is for extra charge. I think it should be a part of the service, if you pay almost 250€ for one night

Nice hotel in the center of Flachau. Clean room, good wellness, and excelllent breakfast. Our room was spacious, with balcony, and some view to the slopes. Staff is kind but a little bit tired at the end of the season.

When we checked in, the lady at the reception gave us an old, unrenovated room, even though a new, modern room was properly paid for. After complaining, we got the room we booked. Also, the mentioned lady did not give us basic information and that we need to get cards with which we have some benefits such as cable car rides. We found that out on the last day. All other staff were extremely friendly.

Lovely hotel, with small but beautiful pool with lounge beds, with drinks being served. Restaurant had really great food, including vegetarian options. Breakfast very comprehensive with nice freshly baked breads. Parking easy. Walking distance to other restaurants and the lift for hiking up the mountain. Tennis courts close by.

Breakfast is great, dinner is even better! The taxi/shuttle will take you to all nearby lifts. Another perk for this hotel is the outdoor pool. Don't forget your swimming trunks!

The heating system in the room was kinda broken or working weirdly. But we made it work by opening the door and closing the wall heaters.

we did not like one thing. the receptionist did not inform us about night entrance of the building in case we came around midnight. we tried to enter the building around 23:00-23:30 but we could not find the entrance, it was very scary because there was not any sign or written text around to show where it is. they could inform us during our check in time. also, I prefer starting and finishing times were written for the pool and sauna. we had to ask to the receptionist several times.

we really like the property, the waitresses and cozy atmosphere were amazing.
