Nice location, near a great church. Good room, silent and with a little view., Polite staff, I had a few requests and they helped me., Great breakfast, the same every day, but all you need. The price is right.

The furniture is little outdated, and the location is a little far from the Metro station. There is a tram station near by, but all of the trams that go by, are not going to the city center.

There was no AC in the August heat where it was 35 degrees. Also the reception closes at 7 pm and we had our train to Zurich at 9:40 pm so we had to leave the reception where we kept our luggage. The stay was very uncomfortable. Not worth the money. There are better hotels for the same price.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a lovely, spacious bathroom, everything nice and clean. Great buffet breakfast which included a range of rolls and pastries, but also a good selection of fruit. Excellent coffee from a coffee machine! Polite, friendly staff. Fantastic location - 15-20min walk from St Stephen Cathedral, wonderful Votivekirche (Votive Church) is just round the corner; there are also plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby as well as grocery shops (Spar, Billa). Fab location for public transport (metro, trams, buses). We walked to the hotel from the Vienna main train station/coach station and saw lots of famous landmarks on our way, which was excellent and saved time for more exploring.

The hotel is nice, walking distance to Rathaus Platz, good conection to public transport, good breakfast. Staff is very helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location. Room was very quiet and was a good size for 4 people. Great value for money.

It's close to the tourist attractions.

It was kind of old and had a peculiar smell. Honestly smelt like some kind of medicine. Food was ok and staff were ok. Apart from location, I didn't really like ambience of the hotel. Well I guess price is for the location more than services.

Really hot, not much choice of breakfast. Rooms were quite shabby (broken window pane, lamps but no socket to plug into. Wall really thin as could hear the guest next door.
