The house is comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to feel like at home. There is nice terrace from east side so you can have breakfast or lunch outside facing sun. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We liked large dining area where we spent time planning our trips in the region. The supermarket is located on 3 min. by walk. There is comfortable parking space. Beautiful views. Quiet. Ideal place to spent vacation.

Everything was perfect. The apartmant was big enough, kitchen well equiped, the balcony was really nice place where to sit and have breakfast/coffee. Beds were supr comfortable and room really quiet. We’ve travelled with our two dogs and the location was perfect for a morning walks as aprox 1km from apartmant was realy nice route by the river. If you want to just relax and have rest about 10-15min walk from apartmant is really nice outdoor swimming pool .We’ve really enjoyed our stay and I really recommend this to someone who is looking for a quiet place in the nature. Since it’s a attic floor apartment, the height to the roof was low. I would not recommend the apartment to tall people. I practically ended up bumping my head multiple times against roof while moving around

Bed slats were a bit shifted causing the mattress to be a bit inclined on the side, i.e., we had a feeling of falling down from the bed all night. Having a crib ready in the room at the time of check-in would be nice, but luckily this was quickly resolved after a phone call.

Quiet location in a village including a private playground for kids in the garden just behind the building. Small private parking lot for 3 cars in front of the house. Very smooth and easy check-in, the overal room decoration and size incl. a small balcony with a nice view. We would certainly return next time for a longer stay.

Very nice apartment. Clean and cozy. The view from the apartment was mesmerizing. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that the communication with the hosts was really poor. I didn't get the response via WhatsApp and via Booking it also was slow. Probably because I wasn't writing in German.

The apartment is located in an authentic Austrian Village. Great balcony and cute kitchen area. The staff were able to accommodate our laundry needs, for our large family.

The place of the accomodation is amazing, especially for families with little kids like us. You can easily reach the main points and landmarks of Osttirol by car or you can just walk around Virgen. In the town you can also find all the neccesary stuff, esp. swimming pool :-) The house is very comfortable and host were very kind and nice people. Everything from A-Z was perfect. Thank you very much.
