On the downside, we were charged €20 per night for our small dog, which felt a bit expensive, especially for a week-long stay – and we only found out about this fee upon arrival. The breakfast was very basic with limited variety, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The location is absolutely breathtaking – a quiet spot in the mountains with windows facing the sunrise, which was truly magical. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby for all levels, and the town with shops is only about 15 minutes’ drive down the mountain. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hotel is pet-friendly, which we appreciated. Free parking right at the hotel was convenient, and we especially enjoyed the shared terrace in the evenings. The whole atmosphere was calm, quiet, and very peaceful.

We booked the hotel because of the vegetarian/vegan restaurant. However, the first thing we saw when we got there was a sign that the restaurant is permanently closed. I wished they would have informed us in advance.

Only issue was wheel chair access. We have found on booking.com they commonly over represent wheel chair acsessability. Im not sure at which end the overstatement occurs. Not too much of a problem for us as I can carry but others may not be able to. This place was 3 floors and no lift so if booking ensure you are booking first floor if it matters.

We had NO IDEA this was a vegan/vegetarian only place. We later went back and read the whole description but it is listed as the last info on the page and felt frustrated. We understand that's on us for not reading the full description* However, not even offering real coffee was a huge disappointment. I think advertising (in the pictures especially) that this beautiful place is vegan/vegetarian and "health" focused would be beneficial and attract the right crowd!

I did not like the check-in procedure. There was no instruction given on how to check in and no one was at the reception. I did not like that. The restaurant was closed and that the location of the hotel was far away from any small town or restaurant. There was no coffee maker or tea maker in the room.

The location of this hotel is far away from any restaurants and their restaurant was not open so we could not get any food. There was no one at the reception and no notes about what to do to get our room key. I ended up calling the hotel and a man answered and instructed us how to get the key out of a drawer at the reception desk. The hotel did not say that there would be any kind of self check in. There is no caffeine on the premises. This is a complete vegan breakfast that was offered, and when I asked for coffee, they didn’t ask me if I wanted decaf and they brought me some version of Kava or chicory drink that was not coffee at all.

They charge 28 euros for a dog, the most expensive fee I've ever paid. The room was not very clean. We found dust, spider webs and some hairs on the bed.

There are no coffee and tea facilities in the room. Especially with the restaurant closing at 7 pm this would be accommodating. The restaurant does not serve alcoholic beverages, nor real coffee. The breakfast was not to my taste. Only vegan yoghurt with some toppings. The bathroom is slightly dated and with terrible lighting. Not even sufficient to apply makeup. There’s a very inconvenient light switch on the bed headboard, making it that I turned on all lights in the room whilst sleeping several times.

The location and views are amazing. Large room for reasonable price.

We booked last minute because everything else was full, but would not go back. The atmosphere in the hotel is very weird, we did not appreciate finding two bibles in our room. They do not serve alcohol or coffee.

Mostly weird personal and overall very weird atmosfere in the hotel. No information upon arrival, except “here is your room”. Breakfest was one of the worst ive ever had in a hotel, very bad. Almost nothing to choose from, if you want more than 1 egg, you have to pay extra. You can only have 1 tea or 1 coffe, not both and not more. Room was clean and ok, although very bad equiped (no kettle, no paper with general information, etc.)
