The WiFi was quite bad The AC was not working, and didn't get fixed, but after the first 2 nights I didn't really need it

We only booked this hotel because of the parking places. When we arrived they said there are no parking places available and also coudnt oark your card in front as it was written. We had to leave our cars very far away. That was ridiculous because we are with an old lady and a person who can't walk. The elevator wasn't working aswell so we had to go on the stairs again was very hard for those 2 people and we had baggage with us. Some part of the bathrooms were that clean too. Like around the toilet and some places in the shower.

We liked the room and the breakfast was good too.

Bit dated. Not central although tram means quick access to centre. Smallish rooms but adequate with a desk. No stirrer for making inroom coffee. Would return.

It would be good if they offered cold cuts that are not pork, or written signs next to cold cuts.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of everything, bread, cakes, pastries, etc... The location is pretty good, you travel by U ban and then switch to tram for 2 stations. The staff was pleasant, the room was with the balcony, we had kettle in the room with different tea and coffee on offer. There is a safe, and plenty of hangers, TV as well although we didn't turn it on.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, but the hotel is well-connected with nearby bus and tram services.

The room was quite good and offered great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Our room was not so big. The shower cubicle was pretty small. Sound proofing was not very good but our room faced to the street and was on the first flow. The fridge had a pipe inside and the water flow into the fridge

The hairdryer and air conditioner didn’t work, so the room was quite stuffy. One of the pillowcases looked dirty for the first two days — not because of actual dirt, but it seemed very old and discolored. The rain shower was poorly fixed to the wall, which didn’t feel safe. The pillows were extremely thin, and it was uncomfortable to sleep on them.

The location was convenient. The room looked fine, was quite spacious, and had plenty of storage space. Towels were changed daily, and communication with the hotel staff before arrival was smooth and helpful. The staff were friendly.

The property is quite old and a bit worn-out. Many outlets in the room didn’t work, shower dripped, etc. But nothing major.

We could not make the air conditioning work; of course we could have asked reception to help out, but we opened a window and it sort of cooled the room. Other than that,, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and had all that we required. It was also very quiet - something we insist on. Breakfast was great - a variety of cereals, yoghurt, and fruit, as well as some cooked food. Location was not bad; initially we thought it was quite a long walk to the centre, but then we got used to it.
