Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was great, bed is very comfortable. Everything was clean, housekeeping was on time and thorough. I also appreciated the AC and water, given it was a very hot time in Vienna. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Overall a very good stay and I look forward to returning again.

United StatesThere are no safety bars on the shower; no coffee maker or small bar refrigerator in the room. The control to the air conditioner was not in the room and we had to ask the front office to figure out how to turn it on. The front office staff could of been a little more helpful booking a taxi to the airport for our flight back.
The location of the hotel was great due to the closeness to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and provided many options. The coffee was amazing and the ladies making the coffee very nice and professional. The restaurant on site was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well

The location was convenient being close to transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant on site was very good. They only have one very small elevator and the third floor is only accessible by stairs. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was wonderful and the staff very nice. The air conditioning worked well even though it was a little noisy.
