Rooms and hotel ok, staff nice and polite. Reasonable pricing.

Check in process was painfully slow, 15 minutes for two rooms is a bit too much in my opinion. My room was extremely hot, to the point I had to shut the heater and keep the window open for hours before getting a comfy temperature but this seems to be a pretty common thing all over Austria

Wifi could be improved a bit!

Personal was kind. Room had fridge with a switch, an electric fan, and hair dryer. Everything was clean. Location is far from the centre of Vienna (aprox 40 min) but very easily reachable using public transport.

Wifi was bad in the room, but OK in the dining room. The room I stayed was strangely hot, but the electric fan helped. There was no electric kettle or bottled water, but there was a coffee machine at the lobby.

I strongly reccomend Breitenlee. It is easy accessible, the staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very spacious, cean and light

We really enjoyed this family run hotel! We have been traveling for about one year and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We had considered changing hotels twice because it was 4 km away from the center - we were so happy that we didn't! Public transportation is easy to use and we were happy to leave the busy city behind and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the suburbs. We enjoyed walking through local neighborhoods and parks and eating at small establishments. Our hosts were organized and prepared to help with public transportation tickets, maps and local information. The building and our room were so clean and well maintained. There were fresh smelling towels, large windows that opened, a standing fan, extra toilet paper, nightstands, lamps and outlets on both sides of the bed. We had strong and consistent internet. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had the use of a balcony with metal table and chairs. There was hot water and good pressure in the shower. A large store is 2 minute walk away and bus stop is 3 minute walk away. Short walk to a park with a lake and small lakeside restaurant as well as a little farm to walk through. A wonderful place to stay in Vienna!

That our window view was mainly of solar panels on rooftops and huge IKEA store.

Room was very clean and got maintained daily. Shops and public transport were close, 2 minutes away by foot. Room service honored our door note "Do not disturb". Even though the traffic noise was noticeable, closing the window nullified it almost completely. There was a lot of closet/wardrobe/cabinet space. Fair amount of electric wall outlets.

- "Queen bed" was actually two beds positioned next to one another, so the gap would sometimes widen and cause dissatisfaction. Beds themselves were comfortable, and I've noticed that generally, Booking.com didn't specify this option well enough, even when looking on many other hotels. We needed one single big bed for a couple, not a specific size of bed. Staff told us that this hotel didn't have a single two-person bed, only two separate beds positioned next to one another. - WiFi had significant problems since we needed a low latency connection, not much of a fast one. First two evenings, we've been losing a connection all the time, on both of our phones and a laptop. Speed was ranging from 10 Mbps, down to even lower than 1Mbps late in the evening. Staff then acted and fixed it. Second day after fixing it, problems returned, but in a form of high latency, not entire disconnections. We followed all the staff suggestions regarding the problem, but the problem stayed. - Rooms could have been a bit warmer during the evening, and a bathroom radiator was not working to dry the towels.

This property was fabulous. the room was spacious, I had a nice bathroom, fridge and wardrobe. the staff were all so friendly and helpful with figuring out the public transportation and the best places to go.

The room was really spacious and comfortable (and warm, which was important in December). Coffee at the breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

Hotel is quite far from the city center. But buses are really frequent so it's not a big deal.

Close enough to the Vienna International Centre and excellent parking.
