We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location in a beautiful village. Wonderful view to the surrounding mountains. Lovely ice cream sold below our room and good food sold in the restaurant. We have a balcony looking up at the mountains and it was covered if it were to rain. Spacious room with all the amenities you could wish for. Extremely clean. Generous, good quality breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Everything was super - location in the center but not noisy - breakfast was delicious and the bread was amazingly tasty - you get a card for free that gives you free transport access, e.g. you can go to and from Salzburg for free. Also many attractions are for free or reduced price, the cable car to the mountain is free, etc. - staff is friendly and helpful - a restaurant is on the ground floor One of those rare places where you don't expect much but it blows your mind and you enjoy every minute there

Really excellent staff and super-helpful. Very comfortable and clean. Strangely the food I ordered was, for this outstanding part of the world, below average. A dish listed as “Spaghetti Carbonara Traditional” was anything-but Carbonara or Traditional! It was delicious but not what I ordered. I chose poorly. Unfortunately the Schnitzel was also disappointing, based on a few other Schnitzels I’ve eaten in Salzburgerland this week. Also the pastries at breakfast were strangely hard work considering Dankl is also a bakery.

HungaryThey didnt give the room in time. We had to wait for it 2 hours. The receptionist was full in bad mood,and she didnt told us anything about the hotel or about what time is the breakfast. The hotel is renovated, but you can see on everything that it is used several times. The food smell is really repulsive in the recepction and also in the corridor upstairs át the hotel room entrance. The dinner was like in a buffet on the mountain. The waiters alsó was full bored. We didnt like this hotel.
