The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The locked assigned to my bed was broken.

Great location in the city centre with close proximity to cafe's, restaurants and culture. The room was also very clean and well maintained. Each bed had its own light, fan and plug socket.

The check-in is a nightmare. There was no paper toilets. Also when you stay couple days the cleaning lady doesn’t touch your bed which I think it’s a minimum when you pay full price. Before leaving, I met the cleaning lady, a nice person who apologized. Good mindset 😁

The online and no reception were not a good experience. Just imagine if someone does not have access to the internet for some hours or doesn't check the email. Everything from the key and ... was mentioned at email.

It was really clean, not smelly. The location is good. Next to the supermarket and restaurant.

The lights in the bathrooms would turn off after a short time, requiring opening the door to turn it back on. The fan by the bed was too weak and the room was too warm on some nights in early June.

The location is excellent. within walkable distance to the Ubahn, city center, and historic landmarks. The staff are friendly. The lift works well.

Bring you own towels or rent one for 10 dollars. Bring your own lock or rent one for 10 dollars. You might not get your money if you you leave when the reception is closed. They keep your bags before and after check in, in a room with other people that leave their bags, so it s a bit risky, but the room is locked with a card and you receive a card and nothing was stolen. From the entrance to the room (by stairs) you make 2,5 minutes:)) for me it was fun and not scary. There are a lot or corridors and dors and stairs till you get to the room:))) For 3 rooms i think there were 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. Downstairs you have another bathroom with a toilet that you can use.

First time solo travel and first time in a hostel as a girl. I stayed in the 6 bedroom for girl. The room was actually for 5 beds, not 6. I didnt had any problems, the lockers are big, the room was naturally lighted in the morning so bring your eye mask. We had a hairdryer in the bathroom. It seemed safe for me. The location is perfect, it s right in the center. The sheets were clean, the room was clean. The bathroom was clean, but gets dirty fast because it s used a lot. We had toilet paper. People kept the bathroom pretty clean so i was lucky with that.

Men WC was too stiff considering shared nature. Also, in the kitchen stale fruits were kept by previous hostlers which indicates that the cleanliness was not apt when it comes to kitchen area. No common sitting area to mingle up with other hostlers. Creaking noise while walking on wooden floors creating trouble for others who are sleeping

Centrally located close to Vienna City Center. Near by beautiful church which adds up to the location. Lockers provided.

Only one toilet per 4 bedrooms is not enough, every time I wanted to go there was someone in it. Ended up having to do the necessary in the shower every time.

The 3 bed room was very small and cramped. Maybe remove one of the small table because no one ended up using it and may save some space to move around.

The place was very close to all the attractions of Vienna. There are grocery stores nearby making it very convenient. There is refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen to be used. The self check-in process was very convenient. The access code to get the key was given immediately upon booking.

The location of the hostel is great. Overall the service was good, the self check-in worked really well, the facilities are good overall, room comfy and bathrooms clean. The only thing I really missed the most was a stove or cooktop and more space in the kitchen so that we could prepare our own meal, even though there were 2 microwaves available and 2 fridges to store food. But apart from that, it was a good experience.
