superb location. easy check-in cinvinient lickers in room (bring your own padlock)

Great location in the city centre with close proximity to cafe's, restaurants and culture. The room was also very clean and well maintained. Each bed had its own light, fan and plug socket.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The locked assigned to my bed was broken.

Close to the city centre, nice enough bathrooms and rooms.

Basically no common spaces, not very cheap.

The check-in is a nightmare. There was no paper toilets. Also when you stay couple days the cleaning lady doesn’t touch your bed which I think it’s a minimum when you pay full price. Before leaving, I met the cleaning lady, a nice person who apologized. Good mindset 😁

I like the location. It's very near the major shopping and eating places. The attractions are just a few minutes walk. It's a short walk to the metro station. The beds are fresh and the bathrooms are clean with strong water pressure. The buffet breakfast was lovely.

The staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. It's also very advantageous because it's centrally located.

No hot water, reception was unattended the majority of the day - meaning no access to towels or padlocks when checking in, filthy filthy filthy.

The hostel is centrally located. Although the building is old, the interior has been renovated

Before checking in, I contacted the facility and requested a lower bunk due to health issues. However, they asked for an extra €30. There was actually a lower bunk available in the room, and it remained empty for two days. Still, they said that if I switched beds without their permission, I would be fined. Another major issue with the hostel — and in my opinion, the most important one — was that there was no staff at the reception during the three days I stayed. Guests had to enter the hostel following self-check-in instructions sent beforehand. Anyone who forgot their key card in their room experienced a lot of stress. There was no one available to help in case of any problem. If someone lost their card or got stuck in the elevator, it was extremely difficult to notify anyone. Signs threatening fines were posted all over the hostel — for smoking, damaging the card, triggering the fire alarm, etc. But honestly, if there were an actual fire, no one would even know. There are definitely more honest and responsible people running better places. Keep looking.
