For a longer stay, the accomodation was lacking basic kitchen appliances beoynd dishes, bowls and glasses

Used the accomodation for overnight stay in transit from Italy to Denmark. Simple checkin (when I finally figured out the reservation id). There was no personel but good help to receive via telephone. Overall nice accomodation, especially for single overnight in transit.

Climbing to the bed was with last two steps out of standard - almost 40 cm high! The floor trembled when someone walked. There was nowhere to hang my wet raincoat. The broom was in the clothes closet, which was super small, so one has to wipe the broom with the clothes.

Location, freedom to check-in or out whenever one comes and goes, parking area, wifi, light, interesting design, very quiet and calm.

It's in a residential area, very close to many things to do and see but the location of the house itself is nothing to write home about. So if you're looking for just a place to eat and sleep and otherwise be out and about, this may be for you. If you're looking for a vacation hotel to chill and relax, maybe not

Very clean, all the ammenities one needs, plenty of room for 2 Adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. The town has several grocery stores, bakeries and a fantastic local "fast food" burger joint Wippel Burger that you have to try. Incredible.food. Also not far away is a Bowling Alley, old and small but decent evenings entertainment for those with kids Good Central location for seeing Luxemburg, Germany and Switzerland

Im not sure if I mssed it (it was already dark) but havent seen a sign on the main road to tur right and sat nav brought me in to the neighbours driveway.

I have booked this stay unplanned 24h before arrival and I guess I did not look at the pictures properly. To my great surprise once walked in. It looks actually better in real than in the add. Spacious and cosy. We liked the design in&out and the tiny 2 seated terrace on the back was a nice place for the morning coffee. Comfy main bed and the extra sleeping would fit at least 2 others. Two large TVs and fully equipped kitchenette. Location wise it’s in a very quiet spot. I have been emailing with the owner and spoke direct over the phone before arrival. All good here. Good price for what you are getting. I appreciate the self-check-in/out as well and actually can’t understand why it is getting low ratings.

The property was as described. Easy check in and check out. Good quality utensils along with a dishwasher made it easy for the stay. The backyard view in the morning was just great with some sunlight. Found some oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen too, which was quite useful.

Poor service, apartment not cleaned when checking in, self-check in not working, not sufficient parking lots, people in town being very upset and annoyed about this newly added apartment block (understandably)

This time...I didn't like it because it was really dirty the place and we booked since a long time before that we will have 2 rooms and the shower was not working properly.They change us to a smaller room without giving us the money difference.

I always love the place because it was really new and modern and also easy to go in and out and to have your independency.

- Modern facilities not used properly: venting system not turned on prior arrival, resulting in 32°C temperature in room upon our arrival (and that was at midnight, not even in the hottest time of day!). - We turned on the ventilation system at max power during the whole night, by 11a.m. the temperature in the room had dropped to 28°C. - Lots of biting insects in the room. - Sofabed for 3rd guest not made, also not sheets present for this bed. I had to go out in the night to fetch sheets in a storage bin outside to get the sheets and then make the sofabed ready for sleeping. - Not very clean: dust under the sofabed and in all kinds of corners, kitchen not very clean, found hair in the bedsheets (I think the sheets were clean, but the hair from previous guests was washed along with the sheets and not removed afterwards), shower doesn't drain properly, resulting in a flooded bathroom floor. - Cutlery consisted of 3 soup spoons, one water glass for the whole room.

Absence of detailed instructions how to register ourselves, how to join Wi-Fi. What is worse, already ~ at 22.30 nobody answered the phone number proposed in the e-mail message. We were lucky: one of the tenants occasionally went out to his car. He explained us this procedure and helped to introduce our data and get the key.
