One double bed is only reachable with a very steep ladder which makes it impossible to reach for Kids or older people.

Beware: Check in was problematic. We have been charged 4 times the agreed price due to badly designed check in process. Internet connection is very weak. The kitchenette was lacking dish cloths and tea towels.

This time the kitchen wasnt very well stocked, there was no dishwasher tablets and no basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen. also there were some pieces of cutlery missing. and as usual it was boiling hot inside but i finally figured out how to use the aircon 😆

This is the third time i have stayed at this property, always happy to return here. the property is nice and spacious and is in a good location. i took my dog with me this time and it was perfect, lots of places near by to walk him

Keyless entry system. You need to use the kiosk to obtain your personal key cards to open the room. 1.5 HRS LATER. At 2200hrs we were in. Phone call to the help desk took 20min to connect and talk w a person. Evidently the kiosk wasn’t working because the cards we got didn’t work. Then she says, look in the bin to the right on the door…..There was a traditional metal key in there that unlocks the door. While this was great for us after 90 min of frustration, but also 100% unnerving that there is a key sitting just outside the door.

There was a pungent smell in the toilet and the shower didn't drain very well. It also seemed as though the hot water was turned off at about 1030 just before we left which was slightly unhelpful as we were trying to wash up. A minor thing but only one of the remote controls worked

The chalet was very modern, comfortable and well appointed. When we had problems checking in the gentleman we called was helpful and sorted it out quickly. The kids enjoyed the mezzanine beds. Location was good with food options nearby although as it was a Sunday we were slightly limited. Would recommend Hoi Burger just up the road. Parking was easy. It was mega hot that day so we were very glad of the air conditioning.

Rather loud air conditioner which must be kept on, otherwise air quality decreases quickly (it was too warm to leave windows open and the mosquitos are a problem). Location is not very attractive, as there is nothing to see in this village and it is right next to the main road (there barely any traffic though and you can't hear a thing). The only thing we really struggled with was the poor cleaning - the shower had a bad odour and stains from previous visitors, the ash tray was not emptied and the sofas had crumbs all over it.

The chalet are very conveniently located along the Rhine route. The modern interior were a welcome treat after the arduous journey and the tiny house is very well equipped.

This is party my fault for not checking, but there is no air-conditioning in the home. We came on a reasonably hot evening, and had major problems sleeping in the heat.

The check-in was a disaster. I have never experienced something similar. On top of that we only had one key, as the lock kind of broke down. We stayed for 6 nights, why did we get the apartment that was to a certain extent out of order? The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, lots of hair and an old sock laying around. The dishwasher didn't work, that is most likely the reason why a few plates were dirty upon arrival. What can I say... there's no fan in the kitchen. As a result of that the fire alarm went off when we cooked meat... 😬

We liked the concept. The chalets are cool, the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The beds are superb. Very good location.

No one will help you if you need it . we slept with unlocked door because the lock is broken , we sent a complaint at the check-in time, but they replied that the next day .

Bathroom sink much too small No instructions for the cooker, so we wasted food we had bought, as we couldn’t work out how to use the cooker. There was a safe, but again, no instructions, so we were unable to use it. A MAJOPR ISSUE was that we found a red key fob in the tray outside the door, which opened our unit and our friend’s unit next door!!! This could have caused a major security problem had we not found it!

Faulty light switches, had to turn them of at the main ele tric box as the switches didn't work which meant no lights in the bathroom during the night. Reported problem, no response or action. Sofa springs were broken so you sank into the sofa! Very smelly dishwasher and the bathroom drains stank. Extractor in the bathroom didn't switch off and kept us awake most of the night. The mezzanine beds get very very hot if you don't switch the haleating off completely.

Beautifull chalet, fast self- check in withouth problems. Good wifi, netflix. Just little cold feeling when you arrived. Have turn on heating and wait for several hours to start feel ôk. (I arrived at time when Outside- 15c and raining). Heating work just in bedroom not in living room, so with big Beautifull Windows in winter is little disturbing with cold. If I will be there with children will be more complicated.

It might just be me thats a bit fussy but i wish it had a real oven. i am personally not a fan of the oven/microwave in place. Also as other reviews have stated the windows do not open and it can get very hot inside

Great design and layout, plenty of room for more 3-6 people. nice comfy living room area. parking out front and check in is nice and easy. Good location, supermarket is not far and the town of Gotzis is a 5 minute drive

There was missing some instructions about how to use the microwave/oven. Once we start packing things, we lifted the upholstered and it was really dirty, what makes me wonder whether the owner only clean were the eyes can see. The mosaica on the bathroom, although new we’re not nice. However we have booked the chalet for 5 people there were only 4 towels. This should be taken into better consideration.

The concept of the space is very cool! Modern installations and equipments. We weren’t aware that it will be one additional bed on top in total 5 people fits very well, Maybe even 6.

The price for the quality of service was quite high. The apartment needs some small maintenance, but it looks like the cleaning company is not interested too much in such small details, and because there are no staff onsite no one takes care of it. 10:50 cleaning lade was already rushing us to get out.

Our unit (204) was showing bad maintenance. Two ceiling boards were half dismounted, a lot of dust on the ventilation covers, spider webs, usage marks on walls, each piece of cutlery was from different set, scratched frying pan, water boiler and coffee machine full of limestone, dishwasher seems to be not functioning properly...

It's a nice concept, having a small compact chalet for short stay. Houses are designed nicely and efficiently.

It started with a difficult check-in, where the on-site portal did not work and actually had to call customer service for help. We got the two farthest units from each other even though we requested units next to each other at the time of booking. We were told the reason is that all other units are already checked into. However, one of the units was empty the whole night next to one of our units. One unit's bedroom smelled of cigarettes. Dishes in one of the kitchens we dirty. There was a small patio from the bedrooms, but the door in one of the units was boarded up shut. Bathrooms smelled like rotten eggs and were super tiny. Temperatures were 28 C in the units, and the "green" cooling system was a joke. There were no windows to open, but the front door where there was no protection against mosquitoes, literally leaving no option to air the units out and cool the hot temperatures inside. It was impossible to sleep, and we could not wait to leave. Check-out was also a pain in the neck, with the portal still not working. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Do not waste your money!

We were really looking forward to staying here based on the online information, but our stay turned out to be anything but what we expected.
